What can I say... My doctor told me my cholesterol was "out of control". So I went looking for a natural solution (I'm not one for medication). I bought this book and was impressed with how reader friendly and informative it is. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. Even my husband and kids are enjoying eating according to "Mom's new diet!"
