About the Author

Dr. Ada G. Omile earned a doctorate degree in educational leadership and postgraduate certification degrees in educational leadership and supervision from George Washington University.


She earned an MS in computer and information science and an MA in education from Clark Atlanta University, and she has more than twenty years of professional experience in education and leadership.


She has worked as a mentor for new teachers and spent several years interviewing principals in top-performing school systems on their practices for effective schools.


She also has a foundation devoted to developing teachers with a focus in Africa. She currently lives and works in Northern Virginia.
