Having read a couple of books in this series I couldn’t wait to see what Erin Nicholas had in store for the holiday season. Oh what a little gem Eggnog Makes Her Easy is. I was totally hooked from the first to the last page. Lindsay LaSalle is a military wife and expects to be celebrating the holidays with her sons whilst her husband Matt is on active duty overseas. She is also a member of a New Orleans Single Parent support group where she has made life long friends. This is a fun, romantic, sweet, steamy, emotional story that absolutely tugged at my heart strings. Erin Nicholas had me both laughing and crying in this emotional story. Sometimes we forget the sacrifice that those who serve give, it is not only the service men and women but also their families as well and this story certainly highlighted that and so much more for me. The love that Lindsey and Matt share was beautiful to read about and I was so happy to read their story. It is one that has set the tone for the holiday season and gave me a new appreciation for those who sacrifice for the greater good. The only drawback to Eggnog Makers Her Easy is that I would have loved it to have been a full length novel rather than the novella it is, but that’s me being greedy. If you haven’t read any of the other books in this series, do yourselves a favour and one click when you can..

What a wonderful story! Often times romance novels about new relationships or even rekindled relationships, but every once and a while I come across a story about a couple that are already together - living life. I would imagine that it's a little harder for authors to create a fresh, new love story about a couple that are married. Erin Nicholas, however, made it appear easy. And on top of that, her ability to tap into the life of a military family was amazing. I work with many military spouses and children, and Erin Nicholas did a lovely job of addressing the desire to have your spouse home and at the same time staying strong when they must deploy - and especially understanding *why*. Erin Nicholas is my go to author. No matter what else I read, when I pick up a book by Erin Nicholas there is a familiarity with her voice that makes reading a comfort - like she's speaking directly to me. I absolutely love this story and series. Every time I read one (again and again), I start looking up the cost for a flight to New Orleans. Erin Nicholas write about the city with such detail that I can see it in my mind's eye. I just want to go there and see all the places (things to do) that Erin Nicholas mentions in the stories!

I have to say I've enjoyed all of these books in the Boys of the Big Easy, but as of right now this is my favorite. EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY will make you smile but it also shows that living with a military man is not all fun and games or in any way easy. I loved that the author Erin Nicholas was able to convey that it's hard, but worth it. If you've read this series so far you'll want to get your hands on this story NOW. If you are new to this series, don't worry you won't be lost but you will get eager to get your hands on the rest of the books in this series. The story is well written, easy to read, engaging, and HOT. I recommend you put EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY on your Santa Wish List NOW! You'll be so glad you did. I can't wait to see what's next from Ms. Nicholas.

Eggnog Makes Her Easy is a Boys of the Big Easy novella and it is the sweetest! I love eggnog but I will never think of it in the same way since reading this short story. Erin Nicholas jumps back into the lives of the single parents support group with a pick me up story that gives you all the feels and makes you appreciate the time spent with family. I loved seeing two characters, brave in their own way, support each other and endure challenges unique to their situation. This novella is packed with heartwarming and sexy scenes. There's even a little tension when it comes to whether or not Lindsey and Matt will be able to continue to make their marriage work because of the unpredictability of his profession. It definitely makes me want to dive back into the Boys of the Big Easy series, like now! *ARC provided in consideration for review*

I adored this series by Erin Nicholas, Boys of the Big Easy. But I have to say that this book has to be my favorite book that she has written EVER. I think I read this entire book with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. Coming from a family with 5 brothers who served and 2 who were career Army, Matt and Lindsay 's story hit home. Oh wow we forget what military families go thru while the partner is deployed. Erin Nicholas gives us just a peek into that world. This book is one I will re-read time and again ( this series) . Can't stress enough how much this book touched me... It is not just a romantic book, believe me this book is beyond that it is hawt... it is a book about family, friends and yes the spirit of the holidays and our country itself. Something we need at this time. This book will grab your heart and twist your soul. It's a one of a kind beautiful book that stands alone in it wonder and brings to mind so many things that we forget about. I can't spoil the book but yes Erin reminds us of so much we tend to forget or maybe never knew about. Even if you have never read any of the other books in this series I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AS A MUST READ.

I have absolutely LOVED this Boys of Big Easy Series! This Christmas Novella was A-FREAKING-MAZING!!! This is Lindsey’s story, a mom with a military husband, Matt. Lindsey is in the single’s support group that has been involved in all the stories and all the relationships in this series, even though she is not “single”, she is still thrown into single parenting with Matt being deployed and gone so often. The friends she has found in this single’s group have a Christmas party, and that is where this book begins… This story hit me hard. This shows firsthand what life can be like when someone is a member of the military, especially one that is active duty and an integral part of a deployment team. It opens your eyes to the emotions and situations of this lifestyle. I already had a deep appreciation for our military, but this just drove it deeper. The Author, Erin Nicholas, has really taken this to a first-hand personal level, to the point that I had tears. Even while writing this review and remembering certain parts of the book, I am getting emotional. She did such an incredible job detailing scenes. That scene in the restaurant…OMG! Even though this is the quickest read of the series (it is a novella!) this may be my favorite of the series so far. (Hard to say for sure as I have fallen hard for this series! ) Anyway…this was a must-read in my book! This hot and steamy novella is NOT for the prudish! ;)

Heartwarming and emotionally beautiful holiday journey that is all about family and is a sweetly sexy adventure for one awesome military mom. Loved this short yet exciting visit with the Boys of the Big Easy. Lindsay and Matt are an interesting and engaging couple, loved getting to visit with the rest of the single parent support group and finally getting to know Lindsay better in this story, I have adored her from the beginning and it was great to finally get to know Matt as well. Loved it!

This series just keeps getting better and better. The single parents group is finding love all over the place but for Lindsey, it’s a place to talk about what troubles she has acting as a single parent while her husband, Matt is in the army overseas. This Christmas will be different since Matt has decided to surprise her and his boys for a well deserved leave. I love seeing those welcome home videos. They always make me tear up every stinking time. This book has that same feel. Of course with a little (ok, a lot) more steam. Would I expect anything less from Erin Nicholas? Matt is torn between being home for his family and protecting families across the world. Lindsey is the worlds most understanding wife or she’s a military spouse. With this book being only 7 chapters long, it packs a huge punch. A solid relationship is seen and understood while a community rally’s around one of its own. I had all the feels while immersed in this book. I really didn’t want it to end. Hopefully we will get to see more of Matt and Lindsey in future books. Hint hint

This is an absolutely perfect reading treat. This is a novella length read in the Boys of the Big Easy series. It does feature characters from the series but I feel it could easily be read as a standalone. A well written, powerfully emotional storyline quickly captures your full attention and keeps it. You could not help but fall in love with Lindsey and Matt. I thought it was so wonderful that the book focused on a military family. Not only that but really shined the light on the unsung heroes that stand behind the heroes. Those spouses and children that sacrifice so much so that military personal can do what they do. Full of sweetness, steam, humor and emotions; this realistic romance will make you smile, melt your heart and make you swoon.

This book deserves to be number one on the bestsellers list. Erin Nicholas created enduring characters. Erin Nicholas has a way with her readers. Her words just dance on paper. She knows how to keep a hold of her readers attention. She truly is a talented writer. Erin Nicholas never fails to deliver an amazing masterpiece. Exquisite. Erin Nicholas is beyond phenomenal. Eggnog Makes Her Easy is a passionate book about a husband and wife who are separated because of his dedication to the military. Lindsey LaSalle and Matt LaSalle had that love that you see in movies. Just undeniable. Breathtaking. I laughed a lot and had heartswooning moments. It is my opinion that Eggnog Makes Her Easy is Erin Nicholas's best work to date. Matt and Lindsey are the perfect couple. Oh and may I just say Erin Nicholas put a Sexy spin on Santa and gift exchange. Steamy and sexy. I found Eggnog Makes Her Easy was unique from other books because it was not just a sweet romance but it was a Christmas romance and felt it was also an honor to military families is the perfect holiday and military romance. Thank you Erin Nicholas for this amazing read. I loved it. Some of my favorite lines: "I've got your Note Pole right here," he said Everyone chuckled. Bea squeazed him again. "How many licks does it take to get to the center of the gingerbread man?" Matt stepped close, almost on top of her, her back against the door. "Naughty girls don't get toys,"

Erin Nicholas made me cry. She has written such an emotionally beautiful story in her latest Boys of the Big Easy series, Eggnog Makes Her Easy. The love between the two main characters, Lindsey and her career Army husband Matt is heartwarming. The Army takes Matt away from Lindsey and their two little boys, Liam and Aidan for months at a time but Lindsey doesn't resent being left alone to care for the boys. She loves Matt so much that if staying in the Army makes him happy, then Lindsey is happy. In this story Matt surprises Lindsey at the adult Christmas party held for the Singles Group she attends. While at the party a really sexy Santa arrives thanks to Logan Trahan who readers met in Taking It Easy. Santa sits in a chair all ready for the "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Clause" Photo Booth. Santa has a gift for all the ladies but Lindsey has to wait until last. Hers is a very special gift. Such a very special gift and surprise! This story hit so many great highlights as I read it; joy, fun, special friendships and love. There are some very poignant moments which did bring tears to my eyes. There was the feeling of how special true friendships can be. There were also some very sexy and romantic scenes with some titilating dirty talk. It was very enjoyable to read about how Lindsey and Matt met and the importance of eggnog in their lives. Lindsey and Matt did so many Christmas activities with their sons which made this a fun Christmas read as well as a sexy one. Who wouldn't want to read a story that makes eggnog super sexy?

So often when we think of those of our community that are deployed overseas, we don't take into account those they leave stateside. Eggnog Makes her Easy, gives us the story of Lindsey LaSalle who is keeping the home fires burning in New Orleans with their two children, while her husband Matt is overseas. Lindsey is active in a 'singles' group although she isn't single. Her friends in the group are in on the fabulous surprise Matt has for his family. He'll be home for Christmas! We get a little backstory about how they met, and why eggnog makes her easy!! A very hot, quick, read for what turns out to be a hot, quick, Christmas visit. Lindsey and Matt are fabulous. They 'get' each other and when circumstances preclude a planned longer visit, there is no recrimination. Their lives are what they are, and although they wish for a different outcome, they make the best of the time they're allowed.

Matt & Lindsey's Christmas story is filled with heart & humor. I love their fun relationship & the special bond that they share. I really enjoyed this novella, and it was fun catching up with the other characters from the Boys of the Big Easy series. I look forward to the next in the series! I voluntarily read and reviewed a complimentary Advance Reader Copy from Booksprout.

For now on I will have a smile on my face when drinking my eggnog. Loved, loved this sweet but sexy Christmas romance of Lindsey and Matt. Lindsey is expecting to spend Christmas with her boys but Santa (Matt) has other ideas on how the holiday will be spent and some of his ideas might be a little naughty. This is a book that once you start you will not be able to put down. A wonderful tribute to the military families during the holidays, well done!! I highly recommend this book along with the rest of Boys of the Big Easy.

EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY is instalment 2.5 in Erin Nicholas’ contemporary, adult BOYS OF THE BIG EASY erotic, romance series. This is Matt and Lindsey’s story line. EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Told from dual third person perspectives (Matt and Lindsey) EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY follows Lindsey as she expects to spend another Christmas without her husband, US Army Team Leader Matt LaSalle. The local single-parents club was hosting their annual adult Christmas party and the sexy Santa was everything Lindsey had ever wanted for Christmas. But things don’t go according to plan when duty calls before the holidays have even started. EGGNOG MAKES HER EASY is a quick read; a sweet and sexy story; an erotic Christmas tale wherein Santa makes Lindsey wishes come true including the reality that time is precious when the family gets together. The premise is spicy; the characters are sassy and colorful; the romance is a rekindling seduction.

Hot, sexy, laughter, mistletoe, eggnog and tears (happy ones) are all rolled into this amazing read!!

Wow! I can't say just how much I love this story. Lindsey and Matt are an amazing couple. Lindsey is a strong and independent woman, with a huge heart of gold. I'm not sure I could have been as generous or understanding or giving of my husband as she is. I'm certain I would have cried a lot more and been a bit miffed about the amount of time we had together before he had to leave again after already being gone for 7-8 months. I fully understand and appreciate her sacrifice, and that of others in her position, I'm just not sure I'm emotionally strong enough to do it. As for Matt he is a phenomenal character. The fact that he does what he does is enough for me to love him, but the fact the he loves doing it and is dedicated to it, he doesn't just treat like it's a job, he is truly passionate about it, makes him all the better in my opinion. I love how he surprised her in the beginning and I love that she says his favorite words to him at the end, and the Christmas gift he gives his boys is beautiful gesture for them and the General. Also, the eggnog scene sure did look fun. This is a phenomenal and heartwarming story that I will be reading many more times. I can't wait to see what the author brings us next in this series. Well done, Erin Nicholas!

What a beautifully sexy and sweet roller coaster. Lindsey lives the single parent life most of the time while her husband Matt is deployed. When a sexy Santa makes an appearance at the single parent support group, she is stunned at his real identity. This short sexy story gave me all the highs and lows. I truly appreciated the honesty in a military family’s life as they navigate the road of a loved one being away and returning only to leave again. The intensity of capturing those moments with the ones you love is magnified. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

A steamy holiday tale that pays tribute to military families. Lindsey doesn't expect the holiday surprise she's about to receive from Santa and a holiday party. This book has the spice for the holidays, plus some interactions with your favorite couples, but most of all, a realistic look at the life of families in the military. This book has it all: romance and comedy, but with a dose of reality that will leave you thankful for what you have. I'm counting down for Caleb and Lexi's story!

What a fantastic addition to this series! This is the story of a military couple, Matt and Lindsey. It started with a homecoming that scorched your heart and libido. They are just a fantastic couple. Matt is totally dedicated to his country and getting the bad guys, but torn with feelings of wanting to be with his family. Lindsey was the epitome of the perfect military wife. She was fine staying at home alone and taking care of her sons while Matt was away. Did she miss him? Hell, yes, but she understood the importance of what he was doing and was able to let him go time after time. I'll have to say she was so much better at it than I ever was as a military wife. I've never met a military wife who handled it as well as Lindsey did, but I'm sure they are probably out there somewhere. Eggnog Makes Her Easy was a rocking, sexy, heart ache and heartwarming story that will absolutely thrill fans of Erin Nicholas! I was given a copy of this book with the intent to receive my honest review. All thoughts are my own. 2 likes

Wow! What an absolutely amazing story. For a novella Eggnog Makes Her Easy sure gave me all the feels. This short story sure packed a lot of punch. I don't know how Erin managed to write such a comprehensive story with so much emotion and love in a novella length story but it was beyond amazing to me. It was fun, sweet, and sexy. It also made me feel ultra grateful to all our military men and women who serve our great nation. Reading about how torn Matt was about doing his duty and being with his family totally made me cry. And Lindsey, she was so strong and supportive of Matt. They're relationship was just awe inspiring. Seriously a super hot and sexy love story with so much heart.

Absolutely adorable!!! And sexy!! And sweet!! And steamy!! And heartwarming!! I could just stop there! Gah! It was amazing!! Erin Nicholas, how do you do it? I will never look at eggnog the same way again. I love that I read this on Veterans Day and Matt is in the military and I didn't even plan that. His dedication to his service is so admirable and made me think of all of those men and women I know in my own life who give up so much for us. I also love that this is about a married couple with two boys who have been married for 10 years and their love and need for each other has not diminished at all despite the miles between them so much of the time. This novella sure hit all my sweet spots when it comes to romance. I felt so many different emotions in such a short time and it was simply wonderful. What a truly great story about love, marriage, friendship, parenthood and duty! Both Lindsey and Matt are just fantastic characters and I love them both!! I would really love to get more from them down the road.

This is the next book in the Boys of the Big Easy series by Erin Nicholas. This is Lindsey and Matt's story. I love everything that the author writes and this book did not disappoint. Matt is a soldier who is home for a surprise Christmas time leave. He surprises Lindsey at the singles group Christmas party. We hear the story rabout how they met and the deep love and affection that they share. Matt goes off and protects the world from the bad guys while Lindsey stays at home and takes care of their good guys. They have two little boys, who Matt adores. He's a wonderful daddy. We learn how the family stays in touch during long deployments and why Lindsey supports him in his service. This was such a wonderful story. I only wish it was longer. I chuckled and got choked up reading it. It has all the feels. You have to read this series. It's so good! You don't want to miss it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

4 1/2 STARS! Short, sweet and oh so sexy! With a mega flirty holiday novella, Erin Nicholas takes us back into her Boys of the Big Easy world to see Lindsey get a holiday surprise she won't soon forget! We get to catch up with a few of our favorites, enjoy a taste of Lindsey's life and see more groundwork being laid for Caleb and Lexi's story. Loved it and looking forward to more to come soon in the series! Lindsey LaSalle is enjoying a holiday get-together with her friends in the single parent support group but can't help but be missing her man who isn't making it home from overseas again this Christmas. But hold on ... the party is looking up when a smokin' hot Santa escorts her to his knee to tell him all about all the naughty things she wants this year!

Sweet and spicy make for an irresistible treat. Nicholas keeps her winning streak going with an addictive stroll down Lonely Hearts Way and onto Temptation Boulevard with Eggnog Makes Her Easy. The heat is on.
