Try egg whites done my wayomelets, salads, dips, and deviled eggsleaving the yolks out. I have assembled many egg recipes that are not only tasty but also easy and exciting to prepare. The yolks havent been thrown really far; recipes have a swing at them also. Smoothies and desserts are added extras. I am thrilled to say the testers who helped me in my previous book, Salads Galore and More, are with me again this time around. They are all egg eaters and are bored with the same ways to have eggs.
