This book is awful. The equations are embedded in the text, making it difficult to follow mathematical derivations. While applications are included, they break up the development of the theory, confusing the reader on a subject that is already difficult. This textbook may be readable for graduate students who have been exposed to the introductory and advanced undergraduate E&M courses previously, but for advanced undergraduate students it is needlessly cumbersome.
