A voice that moves the soul and fills the heart...........wonderful emotionally charged renditions of original songs....a talent to be reckoned with. Elliott Yamin is on his way to musical stardom.

Smooth, delicious, sexy, and satisfying. These samples just whet my appetite. Fantastic. I can't wait to hear the entire CD.

Evidently, no matter what type of song he sings - as this album shows - Elliott's voice is spectacular and distinctive. I hear his heart and soul in each song that he sings. He unabashedly pours out his emotions and it definitely reaches the listeners. I want another album and more!!!

Wow. The voice is amazing and so are the tracks - all different but great! I hope Elliott keeps making music for a long, long time.

This is simply an amazing debut album. The variety of songs, from the soothing, old-school tinged "Train Wreck" to the upbeat and fun "Alright," this album has something for everyone. Of course, Elliott's passionate and golden vocals are what truly makes this album a standout. A must buy.

We agree with all those others who gave it a 5. It's soulful, it's beautiful, it's GREAT! We love Stevie Wonder and we love Elliott (we being my husband and me). We think this album is something everyone should buy!!!!!!

Extremely (and pleasantly) surprised and pleased with what I've heard so far of the content of his first album. Cannot wait to listen to and enjoy the whole thing. I think this boy will be around a long time...he's got lots of potential and he's just getting started (and his new very sexy look sure helps!). Very very impressive for his first try!

Elliott's voice has stood out in my mind since his very first American Idol audition. He is a tremendous talent, and it shows on this CD. I am thrilled for him - he deserves much success.

ONE word for the CD and ELLIOTT'S voice -AMAZING. Don't agree that "It's Alright" was rushed --just a song that has an up beat tempo that helps you get up off the floor after falling out from listening to Trainwreck and You Take My Breath Away -- JUST what I did..This GUY is truly AMAZING..And you can understand EVERY word of EVERY SONG. Just wish Moody's Move for Love was on the CD A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This boy's got soul!! I think it suits him just fine that he was not the next American Idol. He's my Idol. It gave him the chance to have input on his first CD that he would not have had. And, ohhh, that voice!! I can sleep easy tonight!!

This CD is by far one of my favorite. I just can't stop listening to it. There is so much meaning in every song that I can relate to! Thank you!

I've always loved the sound of his voice, but these songs, many of which he wrote or helped write, are amazing. They really show off the great talent of Yamin. If this CD is any indication of what we can expect from him, Elliott is going to be around for a LONG time!

Great voice. No doubt he'll stay in the charts for a long time.

This album moves with so much sophistication and power. You can feel Elliott progressing himself as he sings every note. The right one for this type of music...Good music! Trust!

Hard to pick out a favorite song when there are so many standouts. "I'm the Man" may be best of all, but "Wait for You," "One Word," "Alright," and several others all vie for the top spot. Elliott is so far and away the best singer ever to emerge from "American Idol" that no others need apply!

Elliott has a wonderful voice, and this cd really showcases that.particular favorites are Trainwreck and Take my breath away.just Emazing!

A wonderful vocalist, Elliott delivers and proves that he is by far one of the best Idols ever. At first I was disappointed in some of the heavy bass, but in time the songs define themselves and I'm reminded...he is a young man, after all. His appeal is widespread, however, and I hope this is the start of a long and wonderful career.

There is no denying it, Elliott Yamin has a fantastic voice. This is one of the few R&B/Hip-hop like albums I have ever enjoyed. My only quibble is that sometimes Elliott over-does the vocal gymnastics. Just sing the songs straight once in a while! Otherwise, this is an album that most Yaminions will adore.

My emmotions run high whenever I hear Mr Yamin sing, be it a most revered "classic" or a more contemporary pop tune. I would call sincerity the main attribute of this artist. He's not afraid to put his voice out front, pure and raw , without studio props and enhancements. But being blessed with such an exceptional natural gift, he can afford to.

I counted down the days to Elliot's album release, and I went to purchase it before going in to work that morning. What an absolute treasure. I love it, love it, love it. His voice is like delicate kisses. A wonderful treat to be desired for a very long time.

Elliott Yamin has one of the most gifted voices I have heard in a long time. There is a little bit for everyone from the upbeat tempo of "Movin On" to the bluesy "I am the Man" and my favorite "Trainwreck". Listen to the sound bites and you will be hooked and want to buy the whole album.
