Gerald wilkins brand new billionare boy is back with his two friends ruby and sam. they get invited to visit India to visit Alisha and her father as thanks for rescuing thier diamond. Gerald finds clues where mr. green might be headding. He is having wierd dreams about the caskets and mr. green threatning his friends lives if he doesnt help him find the emerald casket. While site seeing around India in a luxery train car they run into kidnappers that want Alisha. they have rescued her a few times from them. thier body guards chaperones have disappeared. Gerald finds out a little bit more of his family history with the caskets. Its a nice adventure book but liked the first book and cant wait for next one to see why the 3 caskets where hidden away and protected so far apart from each one.

I was so hoping this book would be as good as the first but it was not. I found it long and boring. I felt like Mr. Newsome had run out of ideas so he thought hey I need ten more pages for this chapter I will just put in a chase scene. I felt like whenever he got stuck he wrote in a chase scene or fight scene. BORING!!!!! I skipped alot of those scenes! I thought I would never get this book read. I would loved to see how this story plays out but I am not sure I want to read the third book if its anything like the 2nd book.

If you've read "The Billionares Curse" then this is the sequal. If someone says that thtis book isnt good, ignore them. Its a great book. The book is so much better than the first one as Gerald, Sam, and Ruby venture off to India to search for whatever Sir Mason Green is looking for ( im not gonna tell you what it is. You are gonna have to read the book to find out) I would recommend this book to anyone. Get it. Its worth it.:):):):)

The Emerald Casket takes up whe the first book left off and brings back all the previous characters. This time the friends are in India to solve the second part of the mystery of the joined arm family crest. Lots of danger and action is packed into this story and leaves you wanting to read the third book.

This is a great book to read to children, heck I am a grandparent and I loved it. There are many good lessons to learn from this book series, honesty, dedication and loyalty. I will be reading this to my grandkids when they get a bit older!!
