Love that Tian provides information on the "why" we may have the emotions we have and how very difficult it can be to deal with just our anger, fears or anxieties. Good info on how to divert and calm those emotions, but not forefront stuff - helpful - not eureka type of stuff. However, makes me want to form a emotional sobriety group to take it to the next level.
