Emotions in Evolution is an emotional appreciation of our world through the exploration of nature. Colours, their meaning and the pleasure they bring us is brought to life through words. Language explodes into a description of common and unusual plant life the Earth offers. Like the colour palette, each piece of flora has its own history and meaning. Emotions burst into word-action, we can't help but react with a feeling of well-being.
The flow of images come through, in a variety of poetic forms. Free verse, the haiku and the cinquain all play a role to inspire us and keep us moving forward.

About the Author
Barbara Strickland is currently living in Sydney and finding it a big change from the hot and humid north. More changes coming including a chance to teach in the area she loves, and hopefully a print copy of her romance. Teaching English as a second language coincides with her love of travel. Fortunate enough, to have three grown-up children who encourage her to express herself, she is free to follow her dreams. More travel one day but at present she is more likely found working on her Unexpected Series where she combine her love of romance with the places she has seen. She has four ambitions, to publish her books, travel, learn to speak at least three other languages, and own a cat with blue eyes.
