Sexual abuse plants destructive seeds in its victims: loss of innocence, fear, distrust, depression, disassociation, sleep disorders, self-injury, and self-mutilation, false guilt and shame. Karen Doughty personally knows the consequences of these sickening seeds, but provides hope and strength to uproot those seeds for victims of incest, rape, and other forms of sexual abuse. Using her own experiences as well as Scriptural principles, she reveals how "every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted shall be rooted up" (Matthew 15:13). Join her on the journey to uproot the seed of abuse and replant a fruitful life filled with love, forgiveness, and a new identity in the heavenly Gardner.
