Overview

The first installment in an all new stand-alone trilogy set in Kristen Proby's beloved Big Sky world will take your breath away!

Turning thirty-five doesn't mean much to most men. For Sebastian Wakefield, it's the end of life as he knows it.
When your father is the King of England, thirty-five is the year that a marriage will be arranged, a suitable bride cementing a future you didn't choose. The obvious solution for escaping the archaic laws of the throne is for Sebastian to leave the country. And where better to go than America?

Nina Wolfe has spent her career avoiding scandal. As a Hollywood publicist and minor celebrity in her own right, she knows exactly what it takes to keep the media at bay—and what will send them into a frenzy.

Prince Sebastian hiding out in Cunningham Falls, Montana is an unlikely story. Ending up in his bed, even more so. And keeping their arrangement out of the press might just be impossible. The ring on her finger is about to spark a firestorm that will change her life, and no professional spin will help Nina fit into the world of royalty.

Only love could write an enchanting new beginning—if they'll let themselves fall.

Enchanting Sebastian is the first book in a spin-off series from author Kristin Proby. I haven't read anything from this author previously, and I was easily able to dive into the story. However, it is very clear that the character development of many key players has happened in the parent series. Sebastian Wakefield is a young prince with a problem. He is required to find a wife by his next birthday. To escape his parents efforts to arrange a marriage, he departs to the USA--Montana in particular. That's right...not Manhattan, Los Angeles or Las Vegas, but Cunningham Falls, Montana. He has a friend there, so it is the perfect place to hide out and perhaps strike a deal for a fake marriage. Nina is trying to be an entrepreneur but she can't get any breaks. Her latest business venture failed because her alleged friends and business partners flaked out. In fact, people have been bailing on Nina her entire life and that has led to some serious baggage. Between gigs, Nina jumps at the adventure Sebastian is offering. Little does she know that a sham marriage to a great guy with a loving family can lead to lasting love. While highly improbable, Ms. Proby's latest book is a fun escape. The author admits to her obsession with the British Royal Family, and her love of all things royal is apparent in her latest book. This lightweight read is a sweet with spice contemporary romance. There is little angst and minimal tension as the story reaches its zenith. The culmination is nice but easily anticipated. The book ends with an epilogue that also acts as a segue to the next book in the series, so be prepared for further adventures from Princess Ellie!

Read this book immediately after I bought it. It is excellent. Just as good as the With Me books. By far the best book in the Cunningham Falls series,

I wasn’t sure what to think of Royals coming to Big Sky, but WOW! Kristen Proby drew me in from the start in this first book in her newest Big Sky spin-off series. Nina and Sebastian were amazing together. Their journey had some bumps here and there, and my heart broke for some of the situations Nina went through. The chemistry between them was amazing. The secondary characters added so much fun to this story, and I cannot WAIT to for the next book in this series. This is an absolute must read!!!

Favorite Quotes: Just from her tone, I can tell this is going to be a doozy of a conversation. Pack your bags, we’re going on a guilt trip. “What are you up to, Mom?” “Oh, you know, just watching some television. I’m quite sure I have cancer, by the way.” The women in Hollywood can be ruthless, but it seems these noble women are just plain savage. The mean-girl syndrome spans the globe. It hasn’t been heaven. It’s heaven times a million. It’s like if heaven married chocolate and wine and they had spa babies. It’s the best ever. His kiss is long and slow. Incredibly romantic. Is it possible to get pregnant from just a kiss? Because if so, I’m pretty sure I’m having triplets. My Review: I was a bit hesitant about picking this one up as the premise, cover, and title sounded a bit… I don’t want to say cheesy, but, yeah, that. But, on the other hand, I’ve read and thoroughly enjoyed this author a few times now so I took the gamble and am now feeling so smart and proud of myself for my excellent foresight ~ snort. Enchanting Sebastian was a sweet, sexy, and entertaining tale with a comfortable balance of insightful musings, witty humor, and observant narration. Written in my favorite dual POV, the storylines were interesting, easy to follow, well-paced, and cast with endearing and enticing characters from British bluebloods to small-town Montana.

First off I’m a huge Kristen Proby fan!!! Her writing just pulls to me on so many levels and this one was no different! Enchanting Sebastian was a pure delight to read. Once I got my first taste I could not let it down, well till I had an all-nighter. But who cares about the loss of sleep. Sebastian was worth every second, that left my mind full of love, desire, and just dreaminess. Lord knows there is nothing like a Royal romance to put me in my zen state of mind!!!! Swoon-worthy I tell you!!!!

One of the things that I love best about Kristin Proby's books is the sense of community, of family, friends, and the familiarity and love that they create. Always a huge fan of her With Me In Seattle series, I quickly fell in love with Cunningham Falls, Montana, and the people that live there. Now, with ENCHANTING SEBASTIAN, and the addition of the Big Sky Royals, there's even more to love. I liked Nina immediately. She's a go-getter, and, while she hasn't been used to being part of a tight-knit group of friends, she's finding her way in Cunningham Falls. When Sebastian Wakefield shows up with one heck of a prospect in mind, I'm not sure that there are many women who would agree to jump right in the way that Nina does. Neither Nina nor Sebastian are looking for love when they make their match, but, oh, Fate...in typical Kristen fashion, it's not long before the 'L' word is being bandied about, and hearts are falling, falling, falling. I fell in love with these characters and their story myself, because, who doesn't love a royal love story?! This is one of those books that just makes your heart happy, and I enjoyed it through and through. And, thanks to Kristen for laying the groundwork for another royal romance, this time between one fair princess and one heck of an alpha protector. ENCHANTING SEBASTIAN took me to my happy place and beyond, making it an easy 4.5 stars worth of a happily ever after, and a definite must-read.

Everything I love about a Kristen Proby book plus a a swoon-worthy royalty all in the setting of Big Sky? This is a must! This story is everything I love when I pick up one of her books. I know I'm going to get an HEA, I know I'm going to start demanding rights to the hero (particularly this one!), and I really love how strong her heroines are. But there's something magical about this tale that grabbed me; it was almost a reverse fairy tale. A whole new genre of romance. I truly don't there isn't a boundary that Kristen Proby won't push her readers toward, and this is probably what I love about her the most as an author.

True to its title, this was an enchanting & captivating story! Dashing bachelor Prince Sebastian must find a bride before his 35th birthday or have one chosen for him. His choice, the lovely Nina Wolfe, agrees to be his bride for the adventure, but definitely not for love. They barely know each other when they wed and half the fun is watching their arrangement turn into the real deal. We get lots of quality time with favorite Cunningham Falls characters while paving the way for engaging new characters in the Royals series. Is it wrong I had a bigger crush on bodyguards Nick & Liam then I did for the prince? Oh well, these things happen & how can I help myself when Kristen Proby writes the swooniest alpha males. (I’ll be one sad reader if they both don’t get a book someday, just saying.) I was very excited with the couple the epilogue sets up for the next book and I’ll be over here impatiently waiting for their story! Sent from my iPhone

With his 35th birthday looming Sebastian Wakefield knows he better get to work finding a lady to take his last name or his parents will do the job for him... and he can't let that happen. He doesn't want to be the next in line for the thrown, nor be married to a woman he knows nothing about or has anything in common with. But if he doesn't do something quick, it will be his future... whether he likes it or not! Then a beautiful angel named Nina Wolfe comes crashing into his world, literally, and turns it upside down. The moment their bodies make a connection the sparks start zipping through them, and Sebastian instantly knows he's found his girl. But now he has to figure out how to convince her to want to give up her secluded little world in Montana, and marry a perfect stranger who just so also happens to be a prince, with a very public life! Ms. Proby has penned an emotionally rich story here that will grab your attention in a matter of a few sentences, and have you fully invested in the lives of her characters from the get-go. As soon as these two wandered onto the page they had me scooting to the edge of my seat and taking notice, cause it was evident magic was about to happen... and boy did it ever! They had an instant and undeniable chemistry, their banter was hilarious and lively, and their heated encounters were steamy and satisfying. I loved every minute of this blissful little fairy tale, it brought many smiles and swoons, and left me aching for more time in Big Sky Country with the royals! I cannot wait to see who graces the pages of the next installment, no matter the characters I am certain I will love what I find. Highly recommend you get your hands on this one, it words will squeeze your heart in all the right places, and leave you smiling! I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.

Enchanting Sebastian is the epitome of an adult fairytale. With the angst level set to minimum and the swoon factor set to overload, it is the perfect story to snuggle up with on a cold, wet, rainy day. Sebastian is next in line for the throne and as such is bound to some very archaic rules, one especially – he has to be married before turning 35 or his wife will be chosen for him!!!! Taking matters into his own hands and with other motives guiding him. Sebastian heads for Cunningham Falls and his friend Jacob’s resort (Saving Grace) Nina, sister of mega-star Christian Wolfe (Kissing Jenna) is used to dealing with the media and not a believer in romance or happily ever afters. She has a lot of emotional barriers stemming from the lack of parental nurturing in her life as well as dealing with false friends using her to get to her brother. As such Nina is the perfect person to help Sebastian with his plan to avoid an arranged marriage and bring his own ideals to fruition. The chemistry between the pair also helps with their plan *waggles eyebrows* I completely adore the way in which Nina and Sebastian work as a team from the very beginning. They compliment each other beautifully and with an ease that is both natural and comforting. With each day that passes the bond between Nina and Sebastian strengthens and grows. So when problems do occur they are able to rely on each other for support and guidance. Which is something Nina has never had before ❤ Enchanting Sebastian is everything you could wish for in a Royal Romance with the bonus of knowing Sebastian has a brother and sister who are still unattached!!!!

I received an ARC for an honest opinion. What an appropriate title.... Enchanting, everything about it! Kristen Proby just knows how to write books that make you feel good! The sense of family and of belonging just resonates from all her stories and this one doesn’t disappoint. Sebastian and Nina’s story is interesting! Nina found her Prince Charming even though she doesn’t want anything to do with love. The Royals are a welcome addition to the Cunningham Falls family. I can’t wait for Princess Ellie’s story. I highly recommend this book and author.

Love it! From the start, this is a story that grabs you and won't let go until you have read the entire book. Can't wait until the next book in the series. Well written and engaging.

This story is everything I love about reading a Kristen Proby book. I was so absolutely entranced by Sebastian and Nina that I was addicted page after page until I had devoured the book within a day. This is one of those stories that you don't want to end but can't stop yourself from reading because it's that damn good! Sebastian and Nina were sheer perfection with their sexy as sin chemistry, passion for each other, affection for their families and love that blossomed day after day. This is definitely one enchanting love story you need to read!

Every girl wants to marry a prince, Nina does. But it isn't your typical HEA. They weren't in love and it was more a marriage of convienence. He was turning 35 and if he didn't find a wife himself his parent's, the king and queen would. Sebastian went to America to visit his friend Jacob and met Nina. He knew instantly that she had to be his wife. Nina, thought she would never marry because deep down she was so afraid to love anyone. If you don't love anyone they can't leave you. She agrees to marry Sebastian regardless. But she does inform him she will never love him. Sebastian is okay with this. What happens next is a true fairy tale. What we say doesn't always register with our hearts. Sebastian and Nina were so perfect together. Kristen Proby tells their story that has you believe in fairytales. Makes you believe in HEA and true love. A beautiful love story.

Such a sweet royal romance. 4,5 stars This is the first standalone in the Big Sky Royal Series, that is connected to the Love Under the Big Sky and the Big Sky series, all of them taking place in Cunningham Fall, Montana. It's the first time this author writes a royal romance and it was so great. I love her sweet and light writing, and now about the royal family, it was something out of a fairy tale. Sebastian is running against time to find a wife that he himself chooses before his birthday, otherwise she will be chosen for him. Nina is not a romantic and doesn't believe in marriage for love. So when he proposes to her as a deal benefiting them both, she takes it and embraces the challenge. And boy, what a challenge. It's not an easy trick joining the royal family, specially not being british, and more specially when feelings start to get bigger and complicates everything. Enchanting Sebastian wasn't a part of the plan. But neither was being enchanted by him. I think she and her family and friends accepted way too easily the craziness of an arranged marriage with a prince, considering she didn't even believe in marriage at all to begin with. But the whole plot was sweet, funny and sexy, as you can expect from this author. I totally enjoyed this story, and I can't wait for the next ones in the series.

Royalty is grand This is a great read and I was not disappointed. Nina and Sebastian are so great and them having an agreement to get married to help Sebastian not have to get married to someone picked by his father. Seeing how their friendship moves to more and seeing them both being there for each other is wonderful. I could not put this book down and can’t wait for any other books in this series. Kristen Proby did a wonderful job with this story.
