Overview

Project Management is normally reserved for focused, non-repetitive, time-limited activities with some degree of risk and that are beyond the usual scope of operational activities for which the organization is responsible. The project manager is expected to keep the senior management of the organization informed about the project status at all stages, including the problems anticipated, chances of running over budget or being late in completion of the project. Later Mr. Sethi, took to teaching management students in the last few years he has taught as visiting faculty SRIIR, New Delhi, LCM. Rohini. & NCPE, Noida. Currently he is working as a core Management faculty with NSB School of Business, New Delhi. He is simultaneously taking care of the Marketing Department of the college. He is also working as a freelance consultant with MIMT, Ghaziabad. He Specializes in Marketing and Information Technology. He has organized National Seminars, served as a member in many professional bodies, and is a trainer for personality development with many agencies. He has published couple of research papers and at present pursuing research.
