This book is good for those who have no clue about nutrition or is competing in their first Triathlon, Ultra Marathon, etc. This book gives you a good guide to follow on how to fuel your body. This bookwould be good for someone who just wants to get healthy and have good nutrition too. This book wasn't for me, I already knew a lot of this information.

This is a serious sports nutrition book for serious athletes. It is packed with information for the endurance athlete or those coaching endurance/elite athletes. In addition to providing a complete nutritional overview for the elite athlete, Endurance Sports touchese on other related subjects such as hydration, the effectiveness of supplements, food intolerances, eating disorders and even optimal eating for the vegetarian athlete. As a nutrition writer, this book is an integral part of my reference library.
