Just because some things can go unsaid,
doesn't mean you have to leave them all in your head.
Who said being emotional is wrong?
It's only wrong when you express the wrong emotion too strong.
Did you know you don't have to hide your joy or tears?
You can write down your happiness, satisfaction, confusion and fears.
You can share them with many or keep them to yourself.
Anything is better than being bottled up, that's bad for your health.
