as far as we know this is the only diet cookbook for passover with more than 140 recipes appropriate for the holiday
This is the first book of this caliber that I have encountered. You don't have to be Kosher or on a diet to enjoy every page. I have friends just keeping it on the coffee table. Makes a great gift. Surprised that it is not yet available in a store as upbeat as Barnes & Noble
