She has had scholarly works published in the American Bar Association, National Bar Association, Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and Pace Law Intellectual Property Sports and Entertainment Law Forum.

She is a graduate of Colgate University (BA) and The George Washington University Law School (JD). She is also a graduate of The University of California, Los Angeles School of Television, Film and New Media Production. She is a member of the American Bar Association and New York Bar Association.
