EQUALIZATION: The Jacocks-Garcia Preliminary Vocal Practice Book is a pre-method book based on the vocal method of pedagogue Kendrick Jacocks combined with the academic structure and empirical vocal heritage of Manuel del Popolo Vicente Rodriguez Garcia, of which Jacocks is descendant. This practice book provides technical insight to establish equalized registers, chiaroscuro, and messa di voce as a foundation for further study and performance of all vocal music genres.
