Wow--if you need to look up something about nutrition, chances are you'll find it in this book! Want to know what different vitamins and minerals do, how much you need, and where to get them?--It's there! Want to know what benefits specific foods provide?--It's there (a bunch of foods and drinks are covered). Want to know what proteins and fats do in your body?--It's there! What to know how what you eat impacts various diseases? It's there! All that and so much more, plus a bunch of yummy, healthy recipes too! Fantastic nutrition book to have on your bookshelf.
