You know the part where it says "This lower cost option is easy to transport and comes with same access code or media that would be packaged with the bound book." Well that's a lie. Spend your money at a place where they don't try to mislead you with what you're buying.
The ad says it includes the access code. Not only was package shipped to wrong address it didn't include the Pearson access code. They have a "disclaimer' that states access code are not guaranteed but that is at bottom of page which you DO NOT see when you're ordering. My shipping label even says access code included and packing slip says same. I was told there is nothing they can do and I can return the book that I don't need for a refund. However, Barnes and Noble should label each listing accurately and state that the package does NOT include access code before consumers buy. This is a misleading practice to label the item that it includes the code on three different pages and even in the details!!!!l but then slap a short inconspicuous disclaimer on the BOTTOM of page and that codes are not guaranteed. I will never use Barnes and Noble again. Now my classes have started and I was lucky enough to get an access code online but it doesn't repair this obvious issue at hand. What a HUGE disappointment and eye opener.
