This book, I give a five star rating, and I rarely give one so high a rating! It is definitely worth reading, applying and for some (like me), re-reading certain sections. It is just that good! I just did not know how to make the kind of change I needed in my life and this book told me just what to do. I was doing the same things three or four times, and then I would forget where I put stuff. I was always left worn out and dissatisfied. As always, my home and work stuff kept piling up and I could never seem to manage them too well. I just wanted to ignore it all and accept it as a loss on my part. After reading some of the book, I was quickly able to adopt a few new habits and utilize an app on my smartphone and then things suddenly got better. So I kept reading the book. And I must say that reading the book was fun. The author obviously was skilled at capturing the reader’s attention with words, associations and pictures. I began to see there was actually light at the end of my tunnel. Just like the author said, I needed to capture things that pass through my head, and create a means to not lose ideas or thoughts, and actually focus my attention on what is really important and not always be in a rush and forget things. I see this as a simple book that is enjoyable to read, pick up and re-read sections due to the nice index at the back. I am already seeing improvement in my life, just like it says in the title, and I like it! I would sell you my book, but it is well used, and now I find it 100 times more valuable than the price I paid.
