The 2002 breakthrough release from pop
ock duo Amaral and third studio album Estrella de Mar sold a million copies in their native Spain, spawning five number one singles. Produced by Cameron Jenkins and Guillermo Quero, its combination of haunting ballads, Carribean and Mexican rhythms, country swing, and traditional folk made it their most eclectic album to date. Featuring the Echo String Quartet and an impressive array of musicians who have worked with Sting, George Michael, and Paul McCartney, it includes the hits "Sin Ti No Soy Nada," "Te Necesito," "Moriria Par Vos," "Salir Corriendo," and "Toda la Noche en le Calle."

This is the greatest spanish pop band i´ve ever know. If you have the chance to listen songs like "Sin ti no soy nada", "En sólo un segundo" o "Te necesito", don´t miss it. Forget about the more than 700.000 records they sold, just listen the music.
The original edition of this CD was great: good songs, better sounds and a perfect voice from Eva. But with the bonus tracks it becomes a perfect record with more than 6 singles in Spain. It isn't an album, it's a "best of" . Forget Bisbal or other major acts from Spain: this is the real Spanish music.
