HIGHLY Recommended! I've read many health-sci books but this is THE best. Estrogeneration has shocking new information but also it is fun and highly motivating. Part I is simply identifying estrogenics. Part II shows how destructive they are. Part III shows how to avoid them.

A+!!! I had no idea polar bears in N. Alaska have high levels of parabens, as do whales, sea otters, etc. We are killing our planet and Dr. Jay makes this very clear with amazing research.

Superb - a must read in the health-science category! The information is cutting-edge and fresh. Epigenetics is the key to the biggest health problems from aritfiical estrogen and I love how Dr. Jay explained this

I agree with Melania Y. JUST for the Appendix Summary, which lists the top 10 estrogenics, why they are bad, and how to avoid them, this book is worth the health investment

Excellent book. Nobody lays out ALL the artificial estrogens the way Anthony Jay does here. Plus, even the ones people have heard of like BPA...I had no idea it was bad BECAUSE it is estrogenic

Health-Science MUST-READ. Breast cancer has risen over 250% as this book explains...and it is clearly related to these estrogenics. I cannot wait for other books in this SERIES!!!

Powerful information and scientifically sound. My favorite chapter was about bias within scientific research. Anthony Jay clearly has gone through the process and knows the insiders information!

I heard Anthony Jay speak about these chemicals - estrogenics - and was really shocked. He especially emphasizes the future impact and how we pass this stuff to other generations. He also says phthalates in plastic are far worse than BPA, which is interesting with all the BPA-Free plastic people are buying and thinking they "healthy".

Appeals to a WIDE range of readers. Estrogeneration is NOT an intellectual book for academics, although PhDs and MDs should enjoy. It is simple but deep. I like the 3 plans for avoiding estrogenics most of all.
