Not easy to do the recipes which is what people are after nowadays. The ingredients are not the common stuff that is easy to find in the store.

Dr. Ornish explains his Reversing Heart Disease book was difficult because it was created by world class chefs that cook that style. This is simpler and tested by some leading hospitals. Look at the sample sandwiches on page 50. You know a nonfat mozzarella cheese sandwich will not be enough, but 6 hours later you still are not hungry. I and the wife started only the lunches and dinners 17 days ago. We are losing about 2.5 lbs per week, have more energy and wake fewer times at night. There also seems to be less stress on my Barrettes disease. After six heart procedures this offers help when doctors have no other alternatives. For the detractors- "Those that always look for bad things always find them".
