Overview

Being equally yoked is the difference between having a successful relationship versus an unsuccessful one. Effective relationships may have people who are alike or opposites. If you care about someone and you are unsure what to ask from God, this book will provide you with fourteen biblically based spiritual scripts, which will elevate you and your loved one out of a broken situation. Speak or read these scriptures to your situation with confidence each day until you have them memorized. Then reflect on how your situation has changed. Not every relationship has to end in marriage, but it should end with respect and dignity. Praying, along with fasting and increased self-awareness, will help things work out. More importantly, improve your relationship with God by journaling your journey, then spread the good news to others.

CHAPTER 1

DAY 1

Before noon Expect Miracles

Dear Heavenly Father, O wise God, maker of Heaven and earth, we come to you, humbly as we can, to say thank you. Thank you for this day, make it holy. Thank you for waking us up. Thank you for our loved ones; thank you for truth and fairness. We come expecting you to solve all our problems, but first, Lord, we ask that you guide our paths to accept your will and your way. Lord, you sacrificed your life so that we may live an abundant life that is pleasing in your sight. We acknowledge today that your heart is greater than ours and you are all knowing. Please provide us all that we are in need of. Forgive us of our sins that we have committed by thought, word, or deed. Forgive us all our debts. Keep us safe; protect us from hurt, harm, and danger. Provide us the desires of our hearts. Remove anything that is not of you. Help us to turn from our wicked ways toward your glorious ways. Take away the taste of sin from our mouth so that when all is said and done, we give Jesus's name all praise, honor, and glory. Lord God, lead us through this day. Order our steps and place a song in our heart that will keep our minds stayed on you. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 1

Evening Expect Miracles

Dear Heavenly Father, O wise God, maker of heaven and earth, we come to you, humbly as we can, to say thank you. Thank you for this day. Thank you for providing us with food and shelter. Give us renewed strength for tomorrow. Continue to keep us through the night. For what we sow in tears this season, we will reap in joy, love, peace, and prosperity. Bless us double for our troubles. Lord, we thank you for our loved ones. Forgive us of all sins we have committed by thought, word, or deed against your divine majesty. Forgive us for all that has passed. We pray that we will be able to provide for our family; with faith, we trust the best is yet to come. Lord, meet all the needs of our family and loved ones. Thank you for making this day holy. Thank you for your goodness and grace. Continue to walk with us in expectation of miracles. Bless us with every blink that we take and every step that we make. It is in Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 2

Before noon Pray

Dear Heavenly Father, O wise God, maker of heaven and earth, we come to you, humbly as we can, first to say thank you. Thank you for this day. Thank you for each other. Although we might get lonely during our Christian walk, we know that we are never alone. Keep us in your holy presence. Our purpose is to worship you and to exalt your name. Therefore on this day, a day we have never seen before, thank you in advance for the overflow that is on the way. Thank you for our loved ones who are very precious to us. May your spirit be with us in the good and bad times, the ups and the downs. Thank you for those that have come before us; bless us with the desires of our heart. Order our steps on today; make it holy and righteous. Bless us with serenity and security; protect us from hurt, harm, and danger. Remove anything that is not of you. We are grateful for the things you have done, but more importantly, we are grateful for our relationship with you. We ask for increase. Send your angels to keep us when you do not answer right away when we want. Give us strength. Bless our comings and goings. Keep us at the foot of your throne. Dispatch your angels of love and happiness. Send your healing power to those who are not well; bless the sick, heal, deliver, and set free. Remove anything that is not of you. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 2

Evening Praise

Dear Lord, we say thank. We invite your holy presence into this place, into our hearts, into our minds, bodies, and soul. Show yourself in our lives. Send us a blessing on high, along with the spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving. We thank you for each other, thank you for (say name) and for allowing me to be a part of (say name) life. No matter what the situation looks like, no matter what people say, let no one put asunder what you have put together to do good works to uplift your kingdom. Now, unto him, O wise God, the one who put the stars in the sky and the heavens in place who has kept us from falling by the way side. Please keep us safe. Give us the desires of our heart; forgive us our sins so that we may hereafter serve and please you in the newness of life. Touch the people who will be serving us today. Bless those people of whom we will cross paths with but keep us together. Bless our relationship; help us to better communicate and be in union with one another. Help us to provide for our community as we stand in need and in anticipation of the blessings you have in store. These and all things we ask in Jesus's name. Amen.

DAY 3

Before noon Grace

This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it (Psalms 118:24, NLT). Lord, we thank you. Thank you for new mercies every day. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for your favor. Keep me in your bosom and restore me afresh. Make us whole. Fill up the empty places, and make the crooked places straight as we will be sure to give your name all the honor, praise, and glory. Bless our families and our household. Bless this day. Forgive us our sins. Touch our hearts, keep us healthy and heal our bodies so that we may go on to do your work. Send your angels to protect and guide us, keep us safe. Have your way in our lives, dear Lord, we will continue to praise your name, giving you all the praise, honor, and glory. All is well. It is so. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

DAY 3

Evening Favor

"Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever" (Mathew 6:9–13, KJV). Lord God, we come to you to you this evening to say thank you. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for new mercies. Thank you for this day, a new day. Thank you for protection and guidance into a new season of thanksgiving. We ask that you continue to lead us even in the wilderness, when things may not seem as they appear. We declare that by your stripes we are healed. Deliver us from misunderstandings and confusion. Remove low self-esteem. We know that your word is true and the end of a thing is the beginning of another. Make your desires our desires. Bind up whatever is keeping us away from you and your word. Break chains and destroy yokes that have divided us in the past. Bless us together to bring a brighter future. It's in Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 4

Before noon Grateful

Lord, I come to you today to say thank you. Thank you for all that our ears have heard, all that our hearts have felt, and all that our eyes have seen. Thank you for your guidance, thank you for being our help. Enable us to provide for our family. Enable us to support our community. In spite of the fact that everything may not go as we plan, we know you have your hand on our lives and the lives of our loved ones. We thank you, God, for your love. Enter our hearts, minds, and souls. Help us to recognize our worth, individually and collectively. Our purpose is to worship and praise your name. Make our relationship with you everything you have called it to be. We do not take it lightly that you will put a word in our heart. We come to you with gratitude and appreciation. Bless us to be equally yoked with one another. Even through disagreements, help us to find common ground and to understand that your love for us is unconditional. Deliver us from our wrongdoings. Forgive us the sins we have committed by thought, word, or deed against your divine majesty. We repent and are whole-heartedly sorry for our wrongdoings. We turn from our wicked ways and toward your righteous ways. This is our prayer. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 5

Before noon Greater

Lord, we thank you. Thank you for your love. Thank you for all that our eyes have seen, all that our ears have heard, and everything our hearts have felt. Now unto him who has kept us from falling, we say thank you. Thank you for the rainy days, because we know that above the clouds, the sun still shines. Thank you for your mercy and grace. Thank you for being an ever-present help; we say thank you for financial blessings. For the lifting of life's heavy burdens from our shoulders, we say thank you. O wise and omnipotent God, bless us with perfect health and strength. Love continues to keep us connected to loved ones and family. Bring us together again, keep us happy, and enable us to grow our relationships to what you have called them to be. Allow your holy spirit to anoint us so that we will lead by example and can show the world the power of God's love.

Let no man split apart what God has put together. We pray that you will allow us to dwell in harmony and to use our love toward one another for good works — works that will lift up the name of Jesus, uplift our community and our family. Use us, Lord, to build character and self-esteem for those who have may less. Bless our leadership; keep them safe and happy. We pray and believe in our heart that Jesus is Lord and that God raised him from the dead. We thank you, Lord God, for salvation. It is with our heart that we believe and are justified. With our mouth, we profess our faith and are saved from evil (Romans 10:9–10, NIV). It is in Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 5

Evening Greater

Lord, thank you for this day, thank you for your guidance your grace and your mercy. Thank you for our loved ones. Send us your favor; let it rest upon our relationship and in our lives. Provide us with the desires of our heart and everything that we are in need of. Lord, some days are better than others; but above the clouds, the sun still shines, so we come today to say thank you and have faith that you will work everything out for the good. Turn our situation around. Turn it toward the glory of God. Bless us with every breath we take in every passing hour. Lord, our victory depends on the power to believe that we can change our minds and turn our situation around for good. Help us to give you our best praise and to think forward beyond what is old and familiar. Help us to be successful in known and unknown places. A seed planted in the clay will not grow; help us to find fertile soil. Get us away from the familiar place to a new place where we will be blessed. Lord, we realize that you will not perform miracles unless we believe in you. Our prayer and praise only matters if a seed has been planted in the ground. So, take away fear; remove us from the vulnerable places in our heart. Transform us; create a new creature in you. Allow us to be open to your love. Take us to a place of possibility. Allow us to think and see beyond our current reality. Help us to step into our purpose. Take all that we have and multiply it. Turn humble beginnings into a prosperous future, and we will be sure to give your name all praise, honor, and glory. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 6

Before noon Rejoice

Dear Lord, I come to you, to say thank you. Thank you because this is the Day you have made, and I shall rejoice and be glad in it. Today, I especially pray for my loved ones who mean so much to me. Please provide them with everything that they stand in need of. Bless us with the desires of our heart. Fix whatever challenges we are going through, right now, in the name of Jesus. In spite of our situation, no matter what it looks like, all things work together for your good. There is no love like the love that you have for me. I ask right now, in the name of Jesus, that you remove anything that is not of you. Remove the taste of sin from my mouth. Deliver us from all that is not of you, and replace it with your perfect love and grace. We ask for increase. Thank you for the opportunity, to worship your name and we know that the best is on the way. Bless our health; keep us in peace and harmony with each other. We pray for those who are less fortunate, sick, and shut in as they pray for us. Bless our leadership, those who are homeless and disabled, the elderly, and those who serve our country. Thank you for those who come before us and for the legacy they provide. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 6

Evening Rejoice

Lord, we come to you, having met as two perfect strangers but are striving to be joined by your love. Your people are hurting. We ask for your healing power to cure depression; remove the hurt, pain, hunger, and heartache. Do it again as you have done it before. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn (Isaiah 54:17, KJV). We seek your face, turn from our wicked ways toward your glorious ways. We believe and stand on your word; when we fall short we will have the spirit of Job and try again. Please forgive us for our mistakes and our sins. Hold us accountable until we get it right; have your way with our lives. Have your way with our finances; have your way in our communities. Have your way in our relationships. Bless our comings and goings. We claim that the words from our mouth and the meditation from our heart be acceptable in your sight, Lord. You are our strength and our Redeemer (Psalms 19:14, KJV). Forgive us for our debts as we forgive our debtors (Matthew 6:12, KJV). We pray and claim canceled debts. We pray for loved ones lost in the struggle and those who are still fighting the battle. We pray against cancer and all diseases; we are healed in Jesus's name. We pray that knowledge and wisdom prevail over ignorance and evil. Help us run the race, to keep the faith; and when it is all said and done, we will continue to give your name the praise, honor, and glory. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

Lord God, I come to you to say thank you. Thank you for waking me up this morning and starting me on my way. Let today be better than yesterday. Remove any doubt from my thoughts that may hold me back. Thank you for placing loved ones in my life. Forgive me for my sins, that I have committed by thought, word, or deed. Forgive me for using my words as weapons toward my loved ones. Place a song in my heart. Send your Holy Spirit in my life. Remove anything that is not of you. Thank you for your grace; thank you for your favor. Continue to watch over us this week, keep us together and protect us while we are apart. Provide us all that we are in need of. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

DAY 7

Evening Overflow

Lord God, thank you for this day. If I had a thousand tongues, I could not thank you for all that you have done for me in this very second. Thank you for guiding my feet. Allow us to stand on the promises of God, not on sinking sand. We thank you for the opportunity to give you praise and honor. I thank you for (say name) and for placing (say name) in my life. Please allow us to grow closer; bind us with your love, grace, and favor. Align us with your will and your way. Keep us at your throne, in your arms of love and protection.
