I give this book a single star (poor) for one solid reason - no access to an e-version of the book. How antiquated is that! To be sure, the book itself is carefully written, well-though-out, and full of good, solid information on the topic of Evidence Based Practice research. The chapters are long, so I thought by purchasing the book new my new access code would give me an e-version - NOPE. Nothing. Zilch. I contacted the publisher, Jones & Bartlett Learning, and they were flippant about the whole thing. What a rotten way to be to a practicing health student. So, for that, I give this book a single star. Again, good info, but lousy planning when publishing this one. So, if you need this book - buy it USED or rent it. That's about all it's worth.
