When I started studying for the MCAT I purchased these books, but got so frustrated with typos and errors in the books I got different company's book.  Some of the errors I found in these books:  1) Primary carbons are attached to no other carbons 2) Primary Oocytes are both 2n and 4n 3) Organic chemistry structures marked as correct answers that have the incorrect number of electrons  4) Answers to practice problems marked as "B" on the practice test summary page and 'C' on in depth explanation  …and many other typos that I do not care to mention here.  When I asked Stephen Gee, Office Manager & Director, about these errors he said,  "The fact is every text book on the market  contains some type of errata or typos.  We are one of the few companies that lists any errata in our books on our forums for our customers.    Also,  whenever any files are transferred from any publisher to a printing company, there is a level of risk during the conversion process of some type of error or errata to occur." Both acknowledging the problem this company has with printing books with many errors in them, and taking no responsibility for them- instead pointing the finger at the publishing company.  In summary: these books are dumbed down, full or scientific errors and typos, and in my experience inferior to other exam prep materials. The company is irresponsible and unaccountable. I would STRONGLY recommend buying another company's study aids.
