Exclusive [Bonus Tracks/DVD]by Chris Brown
The instant number one hit "Run It!" proved to be no fluke. Two other songs from Chris Brown's debut album were moderate to major hits, enabling the entertainer to become a popular music star with platinum sales, not just a brief crush for thousands upon thousands of tween-aged females. Brown's second act, released almost exactly two years after his first, takes a "don't fix it if it ain't broke" approach, offsetting the innocent and age-appropriate material with a handful of songs that are squarely placed within lil' Lothario territory. When he works with Johnta Austin and Stargate, out comes young courtship fodder that is boyish enough to be reinterpreted by squeaky clean American Idol contestant David Archuleta ("You're my sweetheart and I'm so glad that you're mine"); switch the collaborators to Jazze Pha and Lil Wayne, and you get come-ons like "You like 28s on a Hummer/'Cause you the number one stunner" and "That's it, babygirl/Put it on my zipper." The two modes have had a popularity-maximizing effect, to say the very least. Falling into the relatively edgy category, the T-Pain collaboration and lead single "Kiss Kiss" duplicated the chart success of "Run It!," and perhaps only someone as likable and harmless as Brown could get away with "And I get a little mannish, and you see the bandanna hangin'/That means I'm like a bandit." You've got to credit Brown and his songwriters and producers for cranking out another handful of easy to remember hits that cover the bases, from upbeat and carefree numbers to go-to mixtape ballads that push all the right target-demographic buttons. [This edition contains two "special" bonus tracks and a DVD featuring two videos, behind-the-scenes footage from the making of those two videos, and a "Journey to South Africa" segment.]

oh my god i love his new cd so much! i love lottrey and gimme whatcha got but damage was just so sweet it touched my heart. i love you christopher brown! if u don't have this cd, i swear u need to get it b4 ur the only one on the block without it. CHRIS FOREVER!!!
Chris Brown's second album is a fabulous 2nd effort! He had a staggering 20 (!) producers on this effort, but this is a very well performed effort. Kiss Kiss is definitely funky and Wall to Wall deserved to finish higher on the charts. One ballad, Damage, is very adventurous, entirely different for him. There's a strong sense of maturity on this effort as Brown escapes the overly catchy numbers and teen themes of his debut. It's surprisingly slick, given the nonstop pace of the uptempo tracks. Vocally, Chris is sounding so much better.
do not like R& B that well that I would buy a whole CD but I wanted to take a chance with this Cd and it was well worth it. All the songs are great. Do want I did go ahead and buy the Cd. Buy it is well worth it I promise you you would love the Cd

Chris Brown came out at the age of 18. In the past year or two he has truly grown. This album shows just that. His voice is incredible!anybody that likes Christopher Maurice Brown should go buy his album... :)

I just love Chris Brown....this album shows alot of growth and just makes you want to dance. I can play this album all day!!!! I highly recommend this cd to any and every one!!
This cd isn't like Chris's first, but is still Chris. There are a lot of songs that you can get addicted to and can't stop playing it over and over like Take You Down. Some songs that you can dance to like Kiss, Kiss and Down feat. Kanye West. His first one will always be the best on my shelf, but this takes second place.
I listened to this online at MTV the Leak and I have to say you can see the major growth he has made as an artist. His voice sounds a lot more mature and controlled and the subject matter of the songs are much more mature but age appropriate...got chills listening to it! Definitely get this you won't be disappointed!
This is a great album by chris i can relate to a lot of the things he sings about. He has songs that can help you through relationship problems and songs that make you wanna dance. Chris Brown is the future for R&b singers. To wrap things up this is a must have album for Chris Brown fans and everybody else who love R&B music get em CHRIS
