Exit Pointby Laura Langston
Logan always takes the easy way out. After a night of drinking and driving he wakes up to find he has been involved in a senseless car accident and is dead. With the help of his guide, Wade, and the spirit of his grandmother, he realizes he has taken the wrong exit—he wasn't meant to die. His life had a purpose—to save his sister—but he took the easy way out and he failed. Now, before he can rest in peace, he has to try and save his sister from a future no child should face. He will only get one chance and he cannot afford to fail this time—for Amy’s sake and for his own.

"I'm not dead. I'm still me. I still have a body and everything."
"You are still you but you don't have a body. What you're seeing is a thought form." He points to a tall gold urn up by the minister. "Your body is in there. You were cremated."
Thunk thunk, thunk thunk. My heart pounds in my chest. Dread mushrooms in my stomach. Sweat beads on my forehead. "But everybody knows death is the end. That there's nothing left but matter."
"Death is only the beginning, Logan. Hannah knows that. Lots of people do."

Exit Point Laura Langston Death is really not an option because we all end up dieing anyway sooner or later but Laura Langston really threw it off in this book...We all really take a choice in life to weather when we die and why. A lot of people say say that death is just the beginning and in Exit Point it is. Logan chose the wrong time to die and it just made the story more interesting. Instead of getting off at exit point five he got off on exit point one. One of the greatest stories I've read. When I started reading the first thing I thought about was that Logan(main character) died and the story wasn't going to go any further than that but I was wrong. This is one of the stories that just leaves you thinking because what you tough at first was wrong. Logan is just like me. He didn't really expect to die and to realize that there is life after the one you have on earth. What I'm saying is kind of strange but now Logan has a bigger challenge than he had on earth. A much, much bigger one. But he has a choice to go back on earth and face the challenge or just move on and get on with his life where he is. As I was reading this I got a message it was saying. What that message was saying was that one good deed can get you really far. Just that one good thing that Logan did that day at the market saved his life and saved the person he loves the most life. I know he didn't want to admit but it's was all true and it was all there. Logan realized many things people don't realize until they are to the point of dieing. After getting old is when they think and actually think that they should have done something different totally opposite of what they were supposed to but they also realize it is too late. That is exactly what happen with Logan when they passed pictures of his life and showed him what could've happen if he would've taken exit point five, it would've made a huge difference. But now he has to move on but will he save her life? This book is just really intense. It kept me reading...a total page turner all the way to the end.
