This book is highly intellectually written. Artistic, substantive, detailed, and precise are other adjectives I can think of off of the top of my head. I have read poetry books before, but none like this. It conveys all that is truth whether it be positive or negative.

"Literary Genius." That is what I can call Kenneth Jarrett Singleton, and Exotic Neurotic is a fine example of that. Moving and thrilling, every single poem in this book is done with absolute mastery, as well as, poetic precision. It was easy to give this book five stars upon my review.
