This was the first book I've read by this author and will definitely read her other books. Didn't know who the murder was until the end. Wasn't who I thought.

I liked Quinn and how she had the courage to realize she was not happy and needed a change. After her best friend was murdered, a lot of her efforts were to find out who was the murderer. Lots of twists and turns. I love the Sloane Monroe series and this the first one I've read that was a stand alone. Enjoyed it alot! Love this author.

I have read all of Cheryl Bradshaw's book, even the Novellas, and have been captivated by every single one...I always was able to maybe figure out who the "bad guy" (or girl) was in a mystery but I can never figure out the culprit in Cheryl's AND I LOVE IT!! Keep up the excellent work....can't wait for the next one....SD/MN--- To: I

Eye for Revenge is a stand-alone novel that keeps the reader guessing. The characters of Quinn and Evie are some of the best this author has written since her Sloane Monroe character. For me, as a reader, the hallmark of a great mystery or suspense novel is when I get the “bad guy” wrong. Eye for Revenge kept me on my toes and I will admit I was wrong and didn’t figure it out till the book’s reveal. This book kept me up into the wee hours of the night, I could not put it down! Just one more chapter turned into the whole book. I highly recommend Eye for Revenge to lovers of mysteries and strong female characters, you will not be disappointed. I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Disclaimer: I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I am a fan of Cheryl’s Sloane Monroe series so I was excited to read this new book. I was not disappointed. The book begins 15 years in the past when Quinn and Evie first become friends. Fast forward to present times when Quinn is faced with dealing with the death of her dearest and closest friend. She makes a vow to find Evie’s killer… no matter what it takes. The story follows Quinn as she returns home… she is faced with her fractured relationships with her sister, Astrid and with her old boyfriend, Bo, who is now a detective working on the case as well as dealing with Evie’s eccentric grandmother, Ruby. Twists and turns keep the reader guessing until the end when the truth is revealed. I liked the book… it was well written and kept my interest. I like mysteries so I had my own ideas as to whom the murderer might be and I enjoyed following Quinn’s search for justice. It was a quick read.. and one you will want to keep reading just to see how it ends. The book ends in a rather open ended way so I was left to wonder if more books are planned for Quinn.

Eye for Revenge is a great mystery. The story draws you in, and you want to become friends with the characters. It leaves you wanting more after the story is over. The murderer is not easily identified; keeps you guessing throughout the story until the last chapter. I highly recommend all of Cheryl Bradshaw's books.

As a fan of the Sloane Monroe series, I was excited for this stand alone book with new characters. I wasn't disppointed. Quinn wakes up after a car accident and discovers her best friend was murdered. This becomes a catlyst for some much needed changes in her life. She leaves her husband and heads back to her small hometown determined to find Evie's killer. Quinn finds out another long hidden truth from her estranged sister, that will change her life. Finding Evie's killer proves to be more challenging, and the "who done it" isn't answered until the very end. Suspense, romance, family drama- this one has it all

Another excellent story by this talented author. As the main character awakens from an unconscious state, she realizes her best friend has been murdered. She discovers her friend's son is mute from having witnessed the murder and she tries to keep him safe as she searches for the killer. She gets re-acquainted with school friends and a lost love. The perpetrator isn't divulged until the last chapter or so and it keeps you guessing as to who he/she is. My guess was incorrect. A page turner for sure!!

I got this book and could not put it down, I am a huge fan of the Sloane Monroe series and Addison Lockhart books so was eager to read this and it did not disappoint. It had great characters and an interesting story. It was so good could not put it down. It even had my name in the book even though she was not very observant liked seeing my name in print. Mrs. Bradshaw is a Great writer and I look forward to more books!
