Facebook has changed drastically since I started putting Pages up for clients a few years ago. This is an in-depth look at how it works now, and the FB & 3rd party solutions avail for promoting a business there. As the authors say, thousands of new apps bloom and die every year. If you know the basics - or nothing at all - abt promotions on FB, I'd say this is a good reference to have.
