About the Author

A mother of two and a lover of all romance.Writing saved me, but it took a long time for me to pluck the courage necessary to put my stuff out there to be loved or hated. I fall in love with my characters when I write, and though it might sound a little strange, I give them the free will to do as they wish. More than anything, I hope everyone else falls in love with them as well.I love how a story evolves on its own, morphs into something not even I saw coming. If I can leave people entranced, in lust, possibly inflamed, and ultimately in love, then I've accomplished what I set out to do.

With so many of today's characters being studs,  it's refreshing to find a female lead that holds her own and competes for her own place in a great story. with compromising who she is. All the characters male and  female are richly  depicted by Ms. Owens. The  story that binds them  if fun, exciting. and when you are about to groan with misunderstandings, we're relieved and  satisfied that love, friendship and family will prevail.

I enjoy a good read and this was definitely a better than good read. Aside from minor editing issues, I have no complaints. I am looking forward to the second book that was supposed to be released last November. If the author is having editing issues, I gladly volunteer my services just to be able to read it soon *grin, hint*.

Great read. Can't get the other books that go with this series on my nook for some reason, which is really irritating.

Good characters and an interesting plot. Word variation needs a little work but the authors playful words really made this an easy read.

I loved this book. This is book 1 of a trilogy. Unfortunately, I can't find books 2 and 3 on the B&N site. I read that book 3 is on Amazon's site for 90 days, but can't find book 2. I hate when books are only put on Amazon. I usually forget about the next.book AND the author. That is a shame when an author is trying to sell books. I am sure no author wants to be forgotten The author also has no email or website.

This book needs so needs serious editing. Incomplete sentences, incorrectly used words. I found it extremely  aggravating trying to read. I did not finish it.

I like this author's ideas, but she writes like a high schooler who just discovered adjectives and the thesaurus. Where was the editor?
