Police Chief, Edward Gayver is the stoic symbol of peace and justice in small town Chester Springs, Virginia. However the years spent away from his brood fulfilling his lifelong mission to protect and serve has splintered his wife and children, forcing them to the crutches of alcohol and drugs. With the death of an Outlaw Motorcycle Club president fueling an increasingly brutal gangland war while his family of mostly police officer children is falling apart at the seams, the Chief will have to face his checkered past and assume responsibility for his failings as a father if he hopes to not only save his family, but the people who call Chester Springs home.
