About the Author

Tim began writing at a very young age. As a teenager he would write short stories of horror to entertain himself and his friends. Not knowing at the time this would one day lead to his dream of becoming a published author. Tim has studied various religions and psychology as evident in the "Hand of God" books and "Dark Exorcist."

From there, Tim began to venture into the realm of splatterpunk and extreme horror, which kicks the gore factor into overdrive. With the release of "Family Night" Tim has been off to the races. He has released several bestselling titles that are sure to turn your stomach.

In addition to writing, Tim is also trying his hand in acting. He has been cast in a TV pilot filming throughout the summer of 2014.

What a fantastic story! This is what horror is all about. I devoured this novel, letting the creepiness and the terror move in and reside within me until the final pages. So, what’s for dinner has a different take in this novel as some of the characters wonder who is for dinner? When a waitress goes missing, Detective Julie Castillo goes to work piecing together what occurred just before the disappearance. Meanwhile, Eddie is teaching his children the way of the Mask while Eddie’s wife nags in the background. Eddie is so proud of his two small children and it isn’t too long before their demeanor and carving skills are chef-quality. Oh, this novel is gruesome and bloody but that is what happens when you experience horror at its finest. I loved the novel’s fast-pace and the events that occurred kept me on edge, I wanted more but I squirmed as the events unfolded. An excellent piece of work, one that I highly recommend.

The book started out with an introduction that was almost exactly like the intro of the movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Therefore, I had extremely high hopes that it would be similar to the movie. However, I learned a few chapters into the book that this simply wasn't the case. While this book (or novella I would like to say) was extremely gruesome, nothing was able to be left to the imagination. Readers learned too much from both sides of the story. Some readers enjoy this, but I myself like a bit of surprise. In any event, the book is short; about 205 pages, and easy to read. Fans of gruesome horror should pick this up!
