The Author 'Myself' Graduated from the Minnesota School of Bartending and has been in the liquor business five-years. Have fun and learn how to make Bloody Marys, Pina Coladas,Iron Butterflies, Kamikazes, Long Island Iced Teas, and Old Fashions all completely from scratch. Margarita section, Manhattan section, and Martini section. Talks about understanding liqueur tastes. Complete drink mixes glossery, safty tips, common slang terms, and much much more!! A must have book for home bartenders as well as professionals. Hey, it's fun and exciting to try new exotic mixed drinks. The book does everything except it takes a turn in the adequate department. The definition of adequate is 'Coming up to the required standard or to be very well disciplined.' You don't have to come up to any required standard and it's not the intention of this book to make you very well disciplined. The author points out that it is fun and relaxing to play bartender and gets rid of all the adequate mumbo jumbo that gets in the way of having a great time. You'll love this book and the author's sense of humor...

The book is massive. It gives all recipes from scratch. Big long island ice tea section. The Martini section went into a lot of details too. The book had drinks I never heard of and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Highly recommended.

By reading the book it made look like I knew what I was doing. A massive section of Martinis and Long Island Iced Tea made from scratch. The names of some of the drinks were funny. Entertain you friends/guest!
