About the Author
The unique and fun Nutrition Tracking Boards landed Grant on The Rachael Ray Show as the first in a series of "Incredible People" in January 2008.
Building on the popularity of the board, Grant enlisted the help of an Editor, Michelle Newcome; Nutritionist, Emily Harrison; Chef, Sheri Davis; Coach, Randy Brookins; and Creative Movement Teacher, Amy Handler to create The Chickin Feed Primer | A useful companion for modern families (published in 2008 by Chickin Feed Press). Feeling the need for a little "audible learning tool" and discovering some incredibly talented musician friends in need of a gig, Chickin Feed cut their first CD, "Lil' Chickin Radio presents The FARM GRUB Revue" in 2010 - led by the incredibly talented Katherine Moore.
A host of other products to help families build healthy habits at home can be found on the website www.chickinfeed.com. An upcoming series of storybooks is on the way featuring each of the FARM GRUB characters.
Grant lives in Atlanta, GA with her two growing chickins, creative husband Don, three dogs and four chickEns. She is involved in Farm to School projects and is happy to support good folks doing good works.
