I saw the author recently on PBS saying this diet is not restictive and it was the rotation that was important. I was surprised to find the page that said to avoid ALL flour(except sprouted grains?), sugar, dairy, corn and potatoes. If you can't live on quinoa, oatmeal, salad and broiled meat, don't go here.
