Both men and women will learn how to overcome estrogen dominance, adrenal fatigue and exhaustion, insulin resistance, and sluggish thyroid. Read this book and drop the weight for good.

I liked this book because it helped me to understand how to eat and exercise, as well as how to balance my hormones. I have been following the advice given in this book and have been losing about a pound a week for six months without feeling hungry or deprived. This book is packed with helpful tips. Especially valuable was the info on how to correct estrogen dominance and how to heal your adrenals and thyroid.

I just bought this and feel i have been ripped off. This book has only 17 pages that only outlines the books in the series. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

Great info on how to balance hormones to lose fat. Explains how most weight loss programs neglect to look at hormones, and that is why they don't work in the long run.

Someone who reviewed this book said it has only 17 pages. This book has over 100 pages, well written and nicely organized. It recommends what to do first and so on. It has good explanations of how the body works and what to do to optimize everything. There are guidelines about what to eat and what to avoid. Worth every penny I paid...and more.

Repetition of whole chapters was annoying and not helpful. There was some good information but it didnt seem thorough enough. You can get the same kind of information by performing a Google search.
