RT Book Reviews proclaims that the O’Brien Family series from award-winning author Cecy Robson “has the hottest brothers ever!” And in FEEL ME, Declan, the sexy, driven powerhouse meets the one woman immune to his charm . . .

Declan O’Brien was always driven to take his place among Philly’s elite, working hard for everything he’s earned, including the title of Assistant District Attorney. He’s won seemingly impossible cases, so he’s furious when he’s assigned to lead the one unit he doesn’t want.

Melissa Fenske was born hearing impaired to a neglectful mother, finding solace when she was adopted by a young attorney, now Declan’s boss. As the current Director of Victim Services, Melissa’s livid when Declan is placed in the main unit she oversees. She can’t forget their disastrous first encounter. Or shake how he makes her feel.

Declan considers the assignment another step toward his political aspirations, despite that he can’t get Melissa out of his mind. Melissa sees Declan as egotistical and self-serving, kicking herself for how fast she’s falling for him. Someone as hot, smooth, and perfect as Declan isn’t supposed to want her.

In another situation with any other woman, Declan wouldn’t hesitate to take Melissa to bed. But she is the boss’s daughter, and for once, Declan finds himself wanting more than just a one night stand.

Neither counted on each other. Both just met their match.

Refreshing!!! FEEL ME is a delightful and refreshing story. It is the fourth book in the O’Brien family series and is a standalone, although the characters are interconnected. This is the first book I have read by Cecy Robson and now I want to read the other three books in this series. Declan O’Brien, an assistant district attorney and Melissa Fenski are thrown together when they both work in the sexual assault unit. Declan is used to women throwing themselves at him but Melissa doesn't show any interest and disagrees with him all the time. Melissa is strong and opinionated and Declan finds himself attracted to her brains and her fiery passion. Melissa is partially deaf and has a difficult time dealing with people's careless attitude about her impairment. Even though it hasn't been easy for her, Melissa has worked hard towards her goals and is well respected and successful in her field. She is grounded, committed and driven and loves her job helping abused women and children. She works tirelessly for the victims of abuse, although it can be a heartbreaking thankless job. Even though Declan is successful and confident, he has a sweet side underneath his good looks and cocky attitude and he sincerely wants to help others. Declan is a womanizer and doesn't believe in love and his sole focus is on his career. He doesn't have room in his life for Melissa but yet he can't seem to resist her. Declan doesn't care about Melissa's disability and his compassion and caring stole my heart. They are both stubborn and opinionated and argue a lot but there is also a lot of chemistry between them. What I enjoyed the most about this story is the large, close knit, boisterous O’Brien family. They keep Declan grounded. Most people agree with everything Declan says but his family is not afraid to express their opinions and don't care about hurting Declan’s feeling feeling. They are also the first ones to defend Declan and he knows they will always have his back. Thanks to the author for providing a copy of this book vIa Cocktails and Books and Netgalley. The opinions expressed are my own.

Feel me is a great deep story. I like the writing the plot and the characters. This is my first book from the series and I am intrigued to see what happened in the previous one. The story is deep with scares and story with emotions and lost. I loved both Declan and Mellissa both strong and caring. Their chemistry of the hock hot. I really enjoyed reading their story. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

This book is #4, in the O'Brien Family series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. To avoid spoilers and to understand the series, I recommend reading this fantastic series in order. Melissa is hit with a couple of real hard hits right in the beginning of this story. She has to work with someone she is struggling to understand and respect. Now she knows she is attracted to him as well. Declan cannot help how is feeling for Melissa. They are working closer together, and he finds her hard to resist. With all that is going on, is there s middle ground where they can meet? This series is just amazing! I love the characters, the heat, the sexy times, the banter.... this book is all that but so much more. The recurring pieces of fan favorites in here make it an above the top must read!

'Feel Me' by Cecy Robson is book is book Four in the 'O'Brien Family" series. This is the story of Declan O’Brien and Melissa Fenske. I have not yet read the other books in this series so for me this was a standalone series. Melissa was cut a bad deal early on in life. Besides having hearing issues she was gonna be sold by her mother for drug money. But Melissa was a fighter and got away..that is when she met her now adopted father Miles. Miles gave her love and she learned to communicate better.. so he is her rock. Now in the present day we find that he has cancer and will be stepping down at his position as the District Attorney. Her father has Declan in mind to fill his position, which upsets Melissa. Melissa finds Declan to be arrogant and knows that he wants to be the Head of Homicide and not The Sexual Assault And Child Abuse unit. Her dad tells her that since she is the Head of Victim services she can work with him to better understand the job. But she now knows her Dad is sick and settles do what he ask, even if it means working with Declan. Declan is upset that he is being moved to The Sexual Assault And Child Abuse unit but once he learns that Miles is stepping down do to his health issue he goes forward with the position if it is temporary. Melissa and Declan have been attracted to each other for awhile but since they both don't act on it. Declan doesn't believe in Love and doesn't do relationships. Melissa has a preconception about Declan that she quickly learns isn't how he is...but is he a forever kind of guy? This is my first book by this author and I find that I want to read this whole series...along with any other books she has written! Its great find a new author to follow. "My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read."

I am an office romance fan. I also enjoy a little politics along with my romance. So as a result, Feel Me by author Cecy Robson seemed like a safe bet. With the exception of a few grammatical errors and missing words, this book took over my soul. I laughed, sobbed, and truly immersed myself in the characters of the story. This is the fourth book from the O’Brien Family series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. Melissa Fenske is the Philadelphia area's Director of Victim Services. She is an amazing advocate, but she has to work twice as hard as anyone else because she is hearing impaired and her father is the well-known and well-respected District Attorney. Before her father adopted her at the age of six, Melissa's biological mother almost sold her to a drug dealer in order to get her fix. Needless to say, Melissa is the perfect individual to lead the Victim Services team. Now that her beloved father is dying of cancer, ADA Declan O'Brien has been selected as his replacement. Declan O’Brien is going places. His charm, good looks and intelligence, in addition to his arrogance, easily allow him to continue fighting for the rights of others. He is in the process of climbing the political ladder, and plans on running for mayor in the near future. He and Melissa work very closely together, and their professional relationship evolves into much more. However, Declan does not believe in love, so he has trouble understanding his feelings for Melissa. This is an compelling story and the plot developments are emotional at times. I liked all the characters and I loved getting to know the distinct personalities of the seven O'Brien siblings. My heart ached for Melissa as a young child, and for the cruelness she endured by her classmates because of her hearing impairment. Declan's ability to fall in love was exciting, and I cheered for him to rise to the occasion. Melissa and Declan's sexy times are hot, and Ms. Robson does a great job of combining emotion and passion. Overall, this is a solid love story and I plan on reading the entire O'Brien Family series. Complimentary copy provided by the publisher via NetGalley.

4.5 stars Feel Me was such a good read. The storyline was well written, the plot was emotional, heartfelt and held my interest all throughout the book. The main characters Declan and Melissa were strong, likable characters that I easily connected with, they captured my heart with their story. I loved watching their relationship unfold, they had a strong attraction but every time they found themselves in the same room Declan would somehow say something to offend/annoy Melissa and they'd end up arguing and hurting each other. Declan just couldn't help himself lol These two made me laugh, they made me swoon, Declan frustrated me one more than one occasion but never once did I think they didn't belong together. Declan was convinced love and a happily ever after wasn't on the cards for him but the more time he got to spend with Melissa the more he fell in love with her, suddenly life without this beautiful, passionate woman was not the life he wanted. These two truly belonged together. Thank you Cecy Robson for writing Declan's story, he truly met his match in Melissa

Feel Me is just another reason why Cecy Robson remains one of my favorite writers! She never disappoints, writing with the perfect combination of steam, sweetness, romance, and heart! Her characters are never perfect which is why they always have a special place in my heart. Declan and Melissa are no exception. Each of them have very different characteristics with the exception of holding their feelings close to their hearts, never letting anyone besides their families close, and the devotion to their jobs. Melissa works hard in the Sexual Victims Unit, her father the DA. But, she has worked hard to get where she is, overcoming a horrible start in life and succeeding despite a hearing disability. She wants to live a good life doing good things and has an affinity for romance novels with shirtless pirates. She’s the complete antithesis of the type of woman Declan usually goes for. He prefers the skinny model type, Melissa has curves. They don’t usually want commitment, and that certainly is not what he’s looking for. His only commitment is to his job as an Assistant DA and his large family. Nevertheless, Melissa gets under his skin. He has naughty, hot dreams about her, even though he thinks she hates him. However, looks can be deceiving as these two are about to find out. They are forced to work together when Melissa’s father has to take a leave of absence. They begin to notice the stolen looks each of them are giving each other. Giving into lust, much less a relationship is a bad idea. Melissa is the daughter of his boss, and Declan realizes she isn’t the type of woman he can run from. Plus, she hates him, right? As with all of Robson’s books, her characters have many layers to them, and I see each one revealed as I get further into the book. She’s so good at revealing just enough in earlier novels to pique your interest, and then when you get to their books, it’s so good!!!! She always deals with important social issues plaguing our society, such as sexual abuse and domestic abuse, with such sensitivity. She can break your heart, and yet she can put it back together in a better way, just as she does to her characters. I always love diving into the next book because while I’m getting to know new characters, I’m also catching up with ones from earlier books. So, I never have to truly have to say good-bye to them. I’ve purposely left a lot of the plot out because you have to read this gem for yourself. If you haven’t discovered the magic of Cecy Robson, I highly recommend that you do! You won’t regret it!!!! ***Read and Reviewed for Devilishly Delicious Book Reviews***

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This is only my second book by this author and I enjoyed it. The book is pretty fast paced and I liked that it is very law case centered and also very character driven. There are not really a lot of drama and not much violence. This is Declan O'Briens story. I previously read Wren's story and not any others so this story easily stands alone. Declan is Wren's older brother and is very ambitious. His goal is to be the youngest DA in Philadelphia and then Mayor and Governor. Romance is really nothing he is into. He has one nighters and he is totally good with that. He saw his parents bad relationship and he does not believe in love for himself. He has known Melissa for years. In fact her father is his mentor and is the current DA, but her father needs to take a leave of abscence and he asks Melissa to work closely with Declan as he plans to appoint him in charge of Special Victims and Melissa is a police/DA liason and will need to work closely with Declan in his new role. Meanwhile Melissa lusts for Declan but knows she is too imperfect to date him as he only dates these skinny things. Melissa is very curvy, opinionated and is also deaf, so while she really likes herself, no one would call her perfect. What she doesn't know is that Dylan always says the wrong thing to her and thats because he is in total lust with her too. But now that they work so close together, her father is his boss, well those are the obstacles between the two. I really loved the slow build up of their relationship of them getting to know each other. But the real obstacle between the two is Declans lack of faith in love and then Melissa has issues with whether she can trust his motives in a relationship with her. How it ends? well it was just so great. I had a few tears in my eyes by the end of the book. It really is a story that is sweet, romantic and poignant.

Swoon worthy hero? Check. Strong determined heroine? Check. Major attitude and animosity? Check. Being in total denial of your feelings. Oh yeah!
Declan and Melissa were fantastic together. Their animosity and heat towards one another was off the charts and I loved being absorbed into it all. Great verbal sparing, flirting, playfulness, and that building of heat as well as such sizzling chemistry. There were so many great moments between them and I couldn’t get enough.I had been waiting for Declan and Melissa’s story and Ms. Robson didn’t disappoint. I adore the fact that it was dual POV and I really got to know both of them and feel what they were feeling.
I also enjoyed reconnecting with all their friends and family from previous books. I love the the fierceness of this family and the loyalty they have to each other and to their community. I think it is what really makes this series so special. A simply excellent read. Loved It! Highly Recommended! Received an ARC through Tasty Book Tours and voluntarily wrote an honest review.

An emotional story that hooked me from the start and I couldn’t put it down until the very sweet end. As one of the oldest of seven siblings, Declan always saw himself as one of his family’s providers and protectors, driven to succeed in public office first as District Attorney and perhaps mayor to obtain the power to safeguard his family and the people of his city. He’s worked hard to get his A.D.A. tittle and is less than happy when his boss moves him to lead the unit no one wants, especially knowing he’ll have to interact on a daily basis with the boss’s daughter. The only woman who hates his guts and who he can’t stop fantasizing about. Born with severe hearing loss and to a careless mother, Melissa Fenske’s early childhood seemed more than bleak, but turned completely around when she was rescued and adopted by the current D.A. whose health issues have forced him to place Declan in the same unit with his daughter. Melissa isn’t blind and can clearly see how much the gorgeous attorney affects the female population including herself, Good thing she can’t stand his arrogance and selfishness. Can she keep a safe distance from the smart, resource and kind man she’s getting to know? It was so fun to see how the sexy, self-assured Declan kept putting his foot in his mouth whenever he was around Melissa until he didn’t and then flat out started pursuing her despite his abhorrence to relationships lasting longer than a night, a shortcoming that will eventually cost him. Melissa is an easy character to like and respect. She’s driven, sweet, nurturing, she wholeheartedly cares about the people she helps, she’s confident, yet imperfect because of reasonable insecurities. Oh and did I mention she loves to read smutty historical novels? And Declan indulges her!! Absolutely delicious and fun! I was all for Declan’s charm and alpha sexiness, as a whole tough, he’s not easy to like. But I found myself cheering for them along with the loud, unfiltered and rowdy O’Brien family who I loved to catch up with, as Declan and Melissa’s relationship grew and they began to fill each other’s lives sweetly, sexily and completely. They balanced each other perfectly. Except for the ending which felt a bit rushed but I attribute this to me wanting more, the story flowed effortlessly, the characters were well developed and the plot, which dealt with sad and dreadful matters such as abuse, was well executed and handled with respect. Feel Me is book #4 in the O’Brien Family series by Cecy Robson. It is a standalone contemporary romance. Told from both points of view with a happy ending.

Feel Me had me feeling great! Declan O'Brien has met his match in Melissa and she is not going to just fall at his feet and swoon for him. If anything she will turn and go the other way only after she takes a bite out of his hide. They have a had a stressful working relationship and even though Declan really does step in it and need to grovel his way out, he is up to the task. This story is full of the crazy O'Brien clan and all the love and angst and joy and, of course, just enough heat to keep it going. I recommend this one! **Received this ARC for review from the publisher via NetGalley**

Thank you Cecy Robson. For so long, women have been portrayed as victims who need rescuing, but with stories like Crave Me and Feel Me, Ms. Robson has played a central part in inspiring equality and creating women of courage and scenarios of hope. Life is not always pretty and characters like the O'Brien brothers, their sister Wren and new edition Melissa Fenske prove that out of the darkness, can shine a beautiful light. The O'Brien family has survived sexual abuse, domestic violence, dangerous and demanding careers and lastly falling in love. Feel Me finds Declan on the cusp of gaining everything he's ever wanted. A successful law career, a possible promotion and continuing his quest to make a difference. Only two things stand in his way. A siren with a warrior spirit and a job opportunity he'd rather forget. Melissa has been a fighter all her life. She has not allowed hearing loss to define her. Her handicap coupled with a traumatic event in her childhood has turned her into a woman with an iron will, but a deeply fragile heart. When a personal tragedy causes the lioness and her arrogant nemesis to join forces, they definitely feel the burn. Full of raw emotion from the sensuous to the heartbreaking, author and story bring to the table a sense of character, heart and strength that proves easy to love.
