A 160 page free book of a Southern woman returning to her small town home, her disfunctional family, and the town doctor from a distinquised family that decides she's the one. Hot heavy explicit sex scenes and adult language. A excerpt featuring Riley is included.

Finally, a good free book! I really liked this book. Great character development, geat sex scenes, great overall story. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a steamy romance book.

Autumn comes from a messed up family, really messed up, and she has tried to make something of herself. Then her grandmother dies and she comes home to the small town she grew up in. To the town where everyone knows your business. She then ends of dating Dr. McHottie and the old bitty's of the town can't help themselves when it comes to gossiping. I love Jude for his care of Autumn and the love he has for her niece. Just thinking that someone like him is out there makes me want to move to a small town for my chance of finding one!

I enjoyed the characters and the story. A very nice read. Will definitely be looking at getting other books written by this author.

I think this is a terrfically written e-book I'd recommend to others. It helped me pass the time while my broken foot is healing and gave me something to look forward to. Good charcter development and erotic. It introduced the Southerland elders as well and made a great segueway into the other Southerland books .

This is the first book by Evelyn Adams that I’ve read, and I really enjoyed it. I found this book as a free download as I was looking for new authors to try. Her characters are deep enough to be enjoyable, although I do wish some storylines had been expanded a bit more. Still, I enjoyed meeting Autumn Maddox and her sister and niece as well as the Southerland family. Readers who enjoy small-town family romances (think Susan Mallery and Jill Shalvis) will enjoy this title.

Here's how good this book really is, read it the first time a couple of years ago and saw it offered for free and couldn't resist reading it again. Just the right length, just the right story teller and just the right characters. A southern town, a hot dreamy doctor and an irresistible gal. Perfect. Grab this book and read it. Thanks again, I'll probably read it again in a few years.

This HEA romance is well edited and, even as short as it is, very well written.

Evelyn Adams “Feels Like Home” was the first book that I have read from this author and was free for the Nook. Autumn Maddox returned to her small southern town of Bedford for her Grandmother Marion’s funeral. Gran left her the home that she came to live in with her sister Summer when her mother could not take care of them after her older and youngest brother died in a car crash. Now her other siblings were taking items from Gran’s home after the funeral. Coming home was hard for Autumn because she always wanted to make her grandmother proud especially with the town that keeps reminding the Smith and Maddox children that they come from the wrong side of the tracks. Jude Southerland, town’s eligible bachelor and doctor, that the Ladies Auxiliary marry him off to one other their own debutante daughters. Jude could not help but notice Autumn at the funeral. Since then a near miss with his car, chance meetings and his nurse hiring her, he cannot help the growing desire to claim her as his own. Autumn cannot see her with Jude because the Southerland family are founding family and well respected in the community. She does not have the proper pedigree to be wife to one of the Southland men. I loved how this author brings you into the story with her compassionate which you can see when reading about Autumn, Summer and Abby. Heat and passion between Jude and Autumn and keeps you wanting to see if they will get the HEA ending. This reader is looking forward to reading about the other Southerland siblings and hopefully Summer to see if their books are as passionate and not able to put down as this one.

Autumn comes home and has to overcome her past and her low self-esteem. Jude is a great guy and knows what he wants. They are good together. I will read more in the series.

Autumn returns to the town that she grew up in the south. She meets Jude the local Dr who comes from a prominent family in the community. Together they learn the you can't judge a person by their family, and that you can go home again. And 2 people from different sides of the tracks can find love.

Nice change of pace from the typical intense romance writers, it's like a breath of fresh air! Definitely going after the next book in this series. Nice story!

Amazing book. As soon as I began reading this book, I lost all sense of self, as though becoming part of each story. This author immediately captivates you in her magical and intriguing web with a well paced story line and filled with characters who are so in depth that you find yourself feeling like you know them on a personal level. Her imagination and perception of how this story should really be told is completely outstanding and this book deserves way more than five stars. I was completely consumed with this fascinating tale and I know that you will be too. This book had me completely consumed from the very first page. I love this author and her styles of writing. To the author, Great Job and keep up the hard word. Us avid readers appreciate you more than you know.
