About the Author
Rich Garon works with the homeless in Northern Virginia. His career on Capitol Hill spanned more than twenty-five years, the last six of which he served as chief-of-staff of the Committee on International Relations of the U.S. House of Representatives. He and his wife, Karen, have two children and four grandchildren.

This was an interesting read. Starts with politics and moves into environmental issues. This made me laugh and cry a lot. Fran is a congressman in the 1990's who has lost his wife and his way. He is trying to find his way again. This book goes through what can happen to a man when he loses his way. I really liked the story and had a hard time putting this down. I received this book from Smith Publicity for a fair and honest opinion that was my own.
