I am new to tarot and I am enchanted by these beautiful artistic cards. They are very clear and detailed for easy reading. The only thing I do not like about these cards is that the copyright year and company are stamped on every card, which leaves no mystery to which cards are upside down, and it just kills a little of the magic for me.

for those seeking a waite deck alternative that maintains alot of the symbolism and basic imagery of the Universal deck's artwork, this is an excellent option that should both please and serve the needs of beginners and experienced alike. The basic concept of framing the cards in the deck as though looking through a window (fenestra means window in another language...cant think of it right now but you get the point)is clever, effective and powerful.

This is definitely a rider waite style deck with most of the cards similar to the look and style of the waite deck. I never mind a good waite clone because those cards have some of the best artwork that actually displays the cards meaning in the picture. I don't think many other decks capture the essence of a card better than a waite style deck. This is an interesting looking deck but each card looks very decorated and beautiful. I highly recommend to all levels.
