Commander James G. Liddy is a U.S. Navy SEAL, currently serving as chief advisor for Counter Terrorism for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict.

J. Michael Barrett has worked at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense and as a senior analyst for the War on Terrorism branch of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Joel D. Selanikio, M.D., has been the senior technical advisor to the American Red Cross since October 2002.
