About the Author

Rodo spent the first few years of his life in a small village called Rijeka Crnojevica, in Montenegro (formerly a part of Yugoslavia). The next few years he lived in Salzburg, Austria. His family then immigrated to the United States. Maybe it's this diversity of cultures and languages that inspire Rodo to read, write, and have fun with words, especially telling stories. He has worked with young children for over 40 years, as a teacher, translator, and mentor. In addition, he has raised four of his own, and now grows with his grandkids. Currently, Rodo lives in a larger village, Phoenix, Arizona, with his loving wife, Susan-who is constantly helping him with his English-and some of the kids. Visit Rodo's website www.rodowrites.com for more information and fun.

Mark Sean Wilson has been illustrating children's books, along with various newspaper and magazine editorials, for over a decade. Mark graduated at the top of his class from the school of arts from tiny Platt College in Eaglerock, California and received the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society Award in 2002. Since then he has been on a mission to take the children's book world by storm. Mark is the proud father of nine-year-old Hayden, and lives in Southern California with his closest friend, Dana Anderson. Both are big inspirations in his life.
