This book was well written. A few edits are needed, but not too bad to be overly distracting. The characters are likeable and the book flows without lagging parts. I would recommend giving this author a try. I will be purchasing the next book in the series.

This was an okay book. It starts fast and moves along nicely. We meet Lily , she has suffered a terrible tragedy and is now looking for other psychics like herself, and she find some. Now she has to figure out who she should trust, and learn about her powers and about herself. ****spoiler Ms Shade does a great job having explanations for what has gone on. My biggest problem was her (step) mom. Her step parents knew everything about her, and if her mother didn't trust her why didn't she just send her away. Before she left why wouldn't they give her the letter, that was there was never a need for her to go back. I also thought it was weird how she started trusting people so easily and gets drunk w/people she just met and talks about everything. It seemed at odds w/the character. The who did it was a great surprise! GL to Ms Shade!

I love a book that surprises me at every turn! Liliana grew up knowing she was different, but not sure how she fit into the world. She could see the future and sometimes she shorted out electrical devices. Her mother kept sending her to therapy thinking she was crazy. Then something tragic happens and she finds out that she’s adopted. Her adopted mother blames her for everything and tells her to get out. After that she told herself she’d never let her heart get involved again. It only causes pain. She keeps to herself, works from home, and has minimal contact with people. Though she’s been searching to see if there are others like her out there. She didn’t chance making a best friend in Sam. Sam also works at a bar that is hard to get into but Sam finds a way to help her get in. That’s when she meets Ashton. Nothing goes over well during their meeting and she’s glad she wasn’t arrested for getting into the club under false pretenses. And then there is Blake, one of Sam’s friends that seems to want her attention as well. Now she has two men fighting over her and not sure why the other keeps warning her that the other man is dangerous. And all the while she’s trying to figure out who she is. Once she does there will be more questions and some left unanswered. This book kept me guessing at every turn. I had no idea whether I should trust Blake or Ashton. I wasn’t sure which one was the bad guy in all of this. The person you least suspect is who you should guard you back from! I can’t wait to read the next book!

I can't say how much I enjoyed this book. At times a bit confusing, but it all ended up being explained. Lily is such an interesting character, I really liked her. Oh, and the boys in this book..... H.O.T......need I say more? Mystery, action, some steamy scenes (for more adult readers), and even some sillyness make for a great read in this book! I'll be recommending this one to my fellow readers!
