He is author of True North (978-0-7879-8751-0) and Authentic Leadership (978-0-7879-6913-4). Andrew McLean was the research director for True North and has been developing corporate programs based on the True North material. He brings his training as a sociologist and anthropologist to the portraiture of organizations and leaders in his business research. Nick Craig applies the Distributed Leadership Model at MIT's Sloan School and works with colleague Andrew McLean in the area of authentic leadership development at Harvard BusinessSchool.
