About the Author
An unabashed geek, Sarah enjoys studying obscure subjects like the Plantagenet and Ptolemaic dynasties, and settling debates on provocative Tolkien topics such as why the Great Eagles are not Gandalf's personal taxi service. Passionate about travel, Sarah has visited over twenty countries collecting sparks of inspiration (though New Orleans is where her heart rests). She's a self-professed expert at crafting original songs to sing to her very patient pets, and a seasoned professional at finding ways to humiliate herself (bonus points if it happens in public). When at home in Oregon, her husband and best friend, James, is very kind about indulging her love of fast German cars and expensive lattes.

Fire & Ice is a mischievous tale of Remy and Fleur Fontenot. While Fleur is getting herself into trouble, Remy makes a new friend.
What can I say? Here's another great story by Sarah M. Cradit! Fire & Ice is everything we've come to expect from this über talented author. As usual, Sarah delivers with her flawless writing skills, intrigue, deceit, unwavering family ties, and most of all fun. Her novels and short stories never fail to drag me in hook, line, and sinker and keep me entertained until the very last page, no matter the length. Remy and Fleur bring an unexpected, but not unwelcomed, sexual charge to the series and the ending brought a sweetness to the story that I didn't see coming. As always, I can't wait to see what this author brings to the table next!
This short story gives the reader a chance to learn more about scheming twins Remy and Fleur Fontenot - and the entertaining situations they can get themselves into. Fire & Ice is a fun read that contains some of the Deschanels and Sullivans, but Anne, someone you really shouldn't provoke, is the more prominent Deschanel in this story and adds to the amusement. If you follow this series, don't miss this one, but if you're just picking up the series, don't start here. This is definitely for readers already familiar with the characters. I received a copy of this story from the author in exchange for an honest review.
