I really liked this book. Throughout the book, I was wondering if there was some unknown/unnamed criminal. Then it hit me when the Hardys, Chet and Jenson met Prof Young at the laboratory. At first, it may have been Smokey, but then you never heard from him after the Hardys left for Australia. Whoever proofread this story should have done a better job during chapter 19. How can Joe fight Cutler then have Cutler appear a couple of paragraphs later. That in itself is a mystery that should have Frank and Joe out to solve another mystery. A must read for Hardy Boys' fans.

This is a good book. It was quite funny that the editor didn't have much experience. In one very suspensful moment, Joe was tackling a villain named Cutler. And then it said: Then Mr. Cutler came in! 'in all italics. The Hardy's were lucky when the fake methyl yellow exploded for science, that they didn't die. Mr. Oakes nearly had a heart attack. The biggest twist of all was that Professer Young was bad. I thought Ponseley was bad at first. The Search for Dr. Adrian Jenson and Mike Moran, the son of Jeff Moran that Ponseley had assigned them, and encountering the Stiller Gang, and being shot at from villain Bartel's helicopter by Stiller and his henchman does put any unknowing reader breathless with suspense! Buy it now or if you have it. . . . READ, READ, READREADREADREAD NNNNNOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!

There is a guy kidnapped and now the rocket wont be able to be launched. It was Young(the professor)who has been leading the kidnappers. He gets caught at the end and nobody dies and all the mysteries are solved at the end.
