Mr. Jewell, elected to Maryland State Fireman's Hall of Fame in 1995, serves as the director of Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services for Frederick County. Mr. Jenkins is a firefighting and railroad enthusiast who is involved with several Maryland historical societies.
