Overview

Firewolf by Jenna Kernan

When opposites attract, the sparks ignite more than they bargained for…

Dylan Tehauno is a hotshot, an expert in preventing and fighting forest fires. He knows that the inferno that killed a tech billionaire was no accident—and he suspects that he and filmmaker Meadow Wrangler were supposed to die, too. When lawmakers identify Dylan as a prime suspect, he and Meadow decide to find the real arsonist themselves.

Dylan and Meadow have nothing in common. He's a proud Apache and a war hero, a self-made man. She's a rich girl with a tabloid past. But there's no denying the heat between them. Is there more to their attraction than physical desire? Will they survive long enough to find out?

A Fantastic Read Arizona Dylan Tehauno is an expert in preventing and fighting forest fires since he is a hotshot. He suspects that both he and filmmaker Meadow Wrangler were supposed to die in the inferno that killed a tech billionaire and that it wasn’t an accident. Dylan and Meadow decide to find the real arsonist when Dylan is identified as the prime suspect by lawmakers. Dylan is a proud Apache and a war hero that is also a self-made man. Meadow is a rich girl with a tabloid past and they have nothing in common with each other. But they can’t deny the heat that is between them. Now they have to figure out if their attraction is more than physical desire. But will they be able to survive long enough to find that out? This is another amazing story in a series that is proving to be unforgettable. The characters are complex and engrossing and move each book and the overall arc of the series along at a fast pace. With each clue that is revealed that shows what is going on behind the whole series it pulls the reader in more and more. This is proving to be series that will go on may keeper shelves. While each book can be read as a standalone readers will get a lot more out of the series if they read the books in order. It will also have readers wanting the next book right now. It will be interesting to see just where this series will end up and just what is ultimately happening and how it will end.

Firewolf starts off with a bang... literally! The story of Dylan Tehauno and Meadow Wrangler explodes on the page at a fiery pace and keeps that pace as page after page of suspense and action follow. I've become quite fond of the whole Tehauno family and I was excited for Dylan to have his story told. Dylan is a hotshot and those skills are put to the test right out of the gate. I don't want to spoil any of the plot twists and turns, just know that I devoured this book, it was so hard to put down. I enjoyed the sparks flying on the mountain and between Dylan and Meadow. Well done, Jenna Kernan! You've written another amazing book and brought these characters to life!

Firewolf is the third in the Apache Protectors: Tribal Thunder series and is another hit by author Jenna Kernan. She is a relatively new author for me and I am so glad I discovered her books! The story is very fast paced and grabs you from page one, making it a quick, fun read. Firewolf gives us Dylan and Meadow’s story who couldn’t be more different but who are brought together by extreme life and death circumstances. This book has everything I want in a book from suspense, danger, action, and romance. I highly recommend this series but would read them in order. Even though they work as stand-alone books, there are parts of the story that travel through the series. I am so looking forward to the last one in this series but will be very sad to see it end.

This was a great addition to the Apache Protectors: Tribal Thunder series. While reading this steady paced story that is filled with danger, mystery, some surprises, and, of course, some sex thrown in, you are also learning about the Apache people. This is a well written series and I am looking forward to......yet dreading.....the final book that wraps everything up. As I finish each book by Jenna Kernan I am just a bit happier to have found another favorite author.

Firewolf by Jenna Kernan. This book has it all action, romance and suspense. "Firewolf" is my favorite. It grabs you from the start as we follow Dylan and Meadow's story. They have nothing in common, but after an explosive fire, Dylan's firefighting experience kicks in and all he can do and think of is keeping Meadow safe and protect her. Definitely a page turner. "Firewolf" is the third book in the Apache Protectors: Tribal Thunder series and highly recommend.

Danger abounds as we're drawn into a volatile situation from the start of this story, and taken along on a wild ride of racing to catch the bad guys before they manage to silence them in any way possible! We see many familiar faces from the past stories in this series, and head towards the finish line of getting the answers they've been searching for since the Lilac Mine massacre. Filmmaker Meadow Wrangler has spent most of her adult life as tabloid fodder. She's rich and spoiled and has been made to feel that she doesn't match up all of her life, so she goes with the flow and makes sure if she's going to go down as gossip, it's going to be exciting! When she meets Apache Dylan Tehauno, sparks fly ... in more ways than one! Lucky for her, Dylan is an experienced hotshot and able to get them to safety when an inferno breaks out! After fighting for their safety, they learn they are the prime suspects for the blaze! Will the connections he has with his tribe be enough to keep them safe until they can find the proof they need to clear their names?
